“Mattress firm is not the first store that I visited, but it was by far the best experience. In particular because Iliana was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful in her approach to helping me find the right mattress for me. Thank you.”
“My wife and I had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Herman. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between each mattress without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He listened to what we needed, answered all our questions, and helped us find the perfect mattress for our home.
Herman provided top-notch customer service from start to finish. We truly appreciated his professionalism and expertise, and we left feeling confident about our purchase.
Highly recommend asking for Herman if you’re shopping here—he made the whole process smooth and stress-free!”

“After delaying purchasing a mattress for so long, I’m so happy I walked into the San Rafael store and met Jason. An experienced professional of 22 years, Jason gave me a range of options and helped me find the best possible match and within my budget. I never felt pressured and I left knowing I made the best choice. I was even able to get free next day delivery!!! I cannot express how impressed I am with Mancini’s San Rafael. Many thanks!”
“We needed two mattresses and the sales associate was extremely helpful and spent a ton of time with us to review all the options. We are very happy with our purchase. The mattresses are all organic and natural. Best place to buy a mattresse.”
“First time visiting Mattress By Appointment and I was very very impress with the quality and the 20 year warranty!!! The customer service was amazing I walked in got shown different mattress and walked out buying one in less than 20 min. The fact that they allow you do put such a small amount down and finance the remainder is insane I will most definitely come back and recommend all friends and family because you can’t find a deal like this anywhere else!!!”
“My fiancé and I LOVED visiting the store in San Rafael! We live in SF and frequently look online, but this was the first time we visited a store in-person. I was like a kid in a candy shop - it was beautiful and so well designed! I want to give a special shoutout to Cedric for going above and beyond! He gave us a proper tour of the store, provided excellent advice for designing our new apartment, and helped us purchase two more kitchen chairs that matched our other Scandinavian Designs chairs at home. Once they arrived during the week, he really went out of his way to help us accept delivery. Cedric is the best - he made our trip so memorable and because of him, we will keep coming back! Thank you Cedric!!”
“We had a very good experience purchasing a McRoskey mattress. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about each of the mattress types . She showed us comparative mattresses and helped us choose the one that fit our needs. We are looking forward to the delivery.”

“Absolutely beautiful (Custom sofa , sofa bed, mattress, bed frame , bunk bed , kid bed Dresser, v..v) and unique furniture at very reasonable prices. So much cool variety you won't find at big furniture stores. I'll be to Dimensional back soon!”
“Alex was very helpful, which made the buying process much easier and he has followed up to check to see if everything is going well. The product quality helps. Recommended.”
“I was long overdue for a new mattress, so went to Mary's because of it's reputation for honest dealing and fair prices. I met with Leslie there, and she guided me through the choice of a new mattress (not futon, which I was considering). It's been almost a month and I couldn't be happier with the mattress. Which, after some later looking, cost about 1/5 what many queen mattresses are selling for.”
“This is our fourth time buying from Keetsa and we keep coming back.
We like the simplicity of the choices, mattress quality and the mattress prices.”
“It took me six months on research, visiting mattress stores in San Francisco, Marin and Sonoma County, and I am absolutely satisfied and extremely happy with my purchase at the Natural Mattress Store. This was almost two years ago, and our mattress has stood the test of time. It’s still quite firm as if we just purchased it. What I like about the mattresses here is the quality and that they are made locally. Will was accommodating and he doesn’t try to oversell you. He knows he has an excellent product. Highly recommend these mattresses!”

“Great experience shopping for a mattress here. We walked in and right away we were met by Ray. I told him what we wanted, and he guided us to a few mattresses. One was way out of our price range and rather than push us on that, which I know some salesmen do, he helped us find one that was more affordable. Wound up getting the perfect mattress and had a lot of fun banter with the staff. Great team working there. Would definitely come back.”
