“The reviews were right. Had an appointment at 11am, checked in a little early and I was out the door in less than an hour. 43,644 lbs on a reffer 53' trailer and they got the weight balanced out perfectly. Quick check in process. The warehouse lot is tight so take your time to back in. By the time you bump the dock and chock your wheels they are loading you. Would pick up from here again ??”

“The most important reason for giving 10/10 rating is because I returned a package but didn’t have a printer to reprint a return label. Thankfully for a small fee the gentleman helping me out was able to print it out for me without me having to come back another day and figuring out how to get the new label printed. It was fast and easy. I was out within less than 5 minutes.”

“I bought 2 large handwoven cushioned chairs from Tlaquepaque. The store arranged the delivery to my house in SoCalifornia. Very pleased that I got them in good condition. Isaac the driver was personable and so helpful. He removed all the packaging, took them away. He positioned the chairs right where I wanted it in my living room. Paid him what I think is a fair price of $750 which already included the US Customs taxes.”

“Postal Parkway is the best. I have been coming here for 2 years and the owners and staff are family friendly and family owned. The business is very attentive to customers and they allow me to get faster service than USPS even with flat rate envelopes and mail pouches no charge. I enjoy the vibes of the facility and they seem to be well loved by many customers and locals. I cant recommend this mailing service facility any further. Thank you Parkway Postal! From my wife and I.”

“Estes is honestly one of the most efficient trucking companies we work with. Their drivers are always on time, professional, and very friendly. I also want to give special recognition to Monica from Customer Service. She is extremely detail-oriented and helpful. We call almost every week to update our pickups, and she already remembers our company’s business hours and information. Sometimes before I even finish explaining who I am or where I’m calling from, she already has our account pulled up and the pickup updated. Their dispatch team is also very efficient and easy to work with. Overall, we really enjoy working with Estes and highly recommend them!”

112 Harvard Ave N, Claremont CA 91711
“Five Stars! This mailing store is a gem in the heart of Claremont Village! Nestled between unique shops, it’s bright, clean, and offers more than just mailing services. The customer service is top-notch—friendly, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile. I recently opened a private mailbox here because their prices are fair, and the team made the process seamless. As a local realtor, I’ve also started using their printing services for my marketing materials, and the quality has been excellent. It’s so refreshing to support a small business that truly values its customers. What’s even better? The USPS store is just one door down, and the service there is terrible! I’m so grateful to have a better option right next door. Highly recommend this place for all your mailing and printing needs!”
