My package was still in the container, so she had her team start working on tyler during process immediately to find the package. Nancy did a great job stepping in.”

“I was there before opening, the counter agent was professional and opened on time. The process was painless (well almost, 5 boxes weighing 5-7 lbs = $306) But had an early flight to catch and this store was the only one open early and close to the airport. Appreciate that!!”

“It was packed eight minutes before closing. There was 14 people all with packages. I had three. A couple people had a lot of questions and needed guidance. The postal workers were very patient and accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable and they actually got all of us out of there happily without having to go past 5:00pm. WOW! They are ? good. Thank you Ontario Post Office. Way to go.”
“Effective: There was a notice posted on the door. On Saturday, May 30, 2026, this post office closed. If you need PO service go to 123 W. Holt or the other one farther east on Holt or Arrow Highway/3rd St in Upland.
I liked this P.O. because it was smaller and the staff was very nice, pleasant and courteous.”

“Deseree is really awesome, I was In here today for a routine Mail retrieved, and needed to forward my mail. Not only did she exceed expectations, and totally rem I and me what real customer service looks like, I forgot my mail. And she called me to catch me before I got to far. Luckily I was up the street. A.d was able to come get my mail, In which was very important Mail.. if she didn't call me, I would've been in a serious situation. Thank you soooooo much Deseree.
