“The most important reason for giving 10/10 rating is because I returned a package but didn’t have a printer to reprint a return label. Thankfully for a small fee the gentleman helping me out was able to print it out for me without me having to come back another day and figuring out how to get the new label printed. It was fast and easy. I was out within less than 5 minutes.”

I got a call from staples that my order would be ready sooner and I can pick it up anytime after that certain hour. Customer a service was amazing both on the phone and at the store! The quality of the stickers was amazing too! I will continue to use staples for printing needs! They also have party city inside staples!!!”

“It was packed eight minutes before closing. There was 14 people all with packages. I had three. A couple people had a lot of questions and needed guidance. The postal workers were very patient and accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable and they actually got all of us out of there happily without having to go past 5:00pm. WOW! They are ? good. “Deseree is really awesome, I was In here today for a routine Mail retrieved, and needed to forward my mail. Not only did she exceed expectations, and totally rem I and me what real customer service looks like, I forgot my mail. And she called me to catch me before I got to far. Luckily I was up the street. CHECK IN WITH GUARD, BUT MOST LIKELY WILL BE ADVISED TO DROP TRAILER ALONG SIDE FENCE LINE. THEN CALL UPS HUB DISPATCH. THEY WILL SEND A YARD TRUCK TO PICK IT UP AND BRING YOU AN EMPTY IF YOU NEED ONE.”
