“I made a comment on my last visit to Kohl's that I was unable to find what I was looking for in the brand, size and color that I wanted. To my surprise, I received an email from Melissa asking if she could help me. I gave her the information of the product I wanted. Next day she wrote back stating she had them and I could pick them up at the front register. At the register I was helped by Autumn who gave me a huge smile and asked how she could help me. I mentioned Melissa and what she had holding for me. Autumn immediately retrieved the items, I made my selections and she rang up my purchases and included my 30% discount coupon without my reminding her. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and that included waiting in line. THANK YOU MELISSA AND AUTUMN FOR SUCH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sincerely appreciate your help.”

“This location is about 10 minutes from home. Not the closest, but we like it better. Also, it's in the same shopping center as our favorite smoothie store, Nature's Blend. Both are worth the drive.”

It’s smaller than some other Kohl’s stores but I am usually always able to find what I need here at a good price.”

“Not all Marshall HomeGoods stores created equal A couple of days ago, I wasn't particularly looking for anything in store, but happened that I spotted few throw pillows that I liked. Wow, they were on clearance sales $18.00 from original sticker price $64.99 a piece. I selected two, and asked the cashier if I could return if they don't work well with my furnitures. Regina, the store key staff, was behind the cashier, she kindly reminded the cashier that starting early October, all merchandise can be returned before January 25, 2024. - with price tags attached. So joyfully I carried these cushions home. It ended up that I went back to the store and got more throw pillows. Regina was always there to assist her associates and me with smiles. I told her that I really like this store, well organized and displayed. I am happy that the store is here in Rowland Heights.”

“I went in here looking for a special birthday gift for my dear friend. This store is nice, clean, stocked with very nice items for everyone and for your pets and home. I found a lovely gift for my dear friend. Hand painted and just perfect for my dear friend. Quite a selection. They have beautiful gift bags, unique special cards. Tissue paper to match. The isles are wide and everything is displayed so beautifully. Neat and everything in its place. The plush blanket selection is fabulous! We love the pet section. We have 4 GS strong bite. The toys here are perfect for our four beloved dogs. Fun to spoil our 4 dogs often! Due to the prices! I forgot their names but they extremely helpful courteous and knowledgeable. They both helped me and answered my questions. I'm big on customer service and courtesy. “I'm surprised this place is still around. A lot of JCPenney's I know have closed down. This place was well organized and had a few sales going on.
They had the a/c pumping, which made it motivating to walk around and see what they had to offer. I didn't really interact with any workers. They were mostly busy helping other customers. I'm sure my mom or aunt would enjoy going here”

“I'm back to commend two people who have helped me come back to being a shopper at JCPENNEY. I recently wrote a review on the Santa Ana JCPENNEY store and because if the selection and service I received there, I decided to go to the Brea JCPENNEY store. I went for a pair of shoes. Nothing fancy but just classic old fashion quality shoes. In the shoe department, I very nice young man Juan Orozco was great at helping me find just what I was looking for. It isvhard to go into a shop and be treated with indifference as I have experienced at many "new stlye" store. Not at this store, Juan listened to what I wanted and brought me several styles to choose from . Then he walked me to the payment place. Thanked me and asked me to return. 5 stars for Juan! Next, Julie Lee,at the checkout line, did a great job as well. I'll be back at Penny's to shop for other things I need.”

It makes me sad to see the big lots stores closing, my entire home is filled with big lots deals! “This TJ Maxx is located in the Quad Plaza with Ross, Marshalls, Michaels etc. It is small to medium sized. It was organized and uncluttered. It had old school quality items as well as new unique finds. ..nice Brahmin, Movado watches etc. Service was welcoming. The prices were varied and competitive. Parking can be tight.”
