“Wonderful experience at JCPenny Whitwood! Olympia went out of her way to help me find a pair of jeans. I looked myself and Olympia went in the back to double check, but no luck. After that I decided to keep shopping around and about 10 minutes later Olympia came and found me in a different section of the store with the exact style, size and length jeans I wanted in hand! I could not believe it! Amazing customer service on her part!! 10/10 would recommend”

“Very clean and well organized store. You do have to spend some time looking around, but that’s part of the fun. If you enjoy shopping and digging around a little, you can find some really good stuff for a reasonable price. It’s also in a big shopping center, so getting there is easy and parking is not a problem.”

“This is one of the places I usually go to for everyday shopping. They have a lot of different things, and I can usually find something useful without spending too much. It does get pretty busy, so sometimes the shelves or items can be a little messy after people look through everything. That’s not really the staff’s fault though. The employees are always nice and helpful whenever I need something. I come here pretty often and will keep coming back.”

“Prices are better than most outlet stores but recently new items coming in range from $15-20 when a few years ago it was around $10-12. I would just wait for these items to drop down in price, maybe a few weeks.”

My girlfriend asked me to get her a lipstick from a brand I hadn’t heard of, Elizabeth helped me and was very patient and kind as I had no clue what I was buying for my girlfriend. Tonight is our 2nd anniversary and I wanted to do something special as I am planning to propose. Elizabeth helped me find a fragrance for both myself and my now fiancée to make the moment even more memorable. She was very knowledgeable about the products and I had a 10/10 experience! I would highly recommend this location and shop here again.”

“I really love this Five Below location. They are so nice and welcoming. I could tell they care about their customers. Everything is clean and well organized. It is such a beautiful store and I love their low prices. I went in unexpectedly, because I love all five belows and am new to the area. The staff immediately acknowledged me as my husband and I were walking in. I could really tell they prioritize customer service, which is rare nowadays. My cashier was a beautiful lady named Teresa. She was so nice and helpful. I really appreciate her. I could tell she cares about the customers experience and exceeds expectations as well as surpasses the goals she sets for herself. I highly recommend this Five Below store for anyone and everyone. Your experience will be a great one. :)”

While the carts are a bit large for the narrow aisles, the overall shopping experience is very comfortable. I was impressed by the friendly staff and the great prices—I even found some unexpected items at a bargain! Highly recommended for its tidy atmosphere and value.”
