“We stayed here for our uncles 90th birthday. There are a lot of things nearby. As we all know or should know, nothing in LA is close. almost everything is an hour away. This area has some nearby options that make your stay more convenient. The Hotel itself is pretty clean even though its a bit dated. The staff was friendly. The breakfast is good and the parking is ok. seems like a pretty safe location.”

“Our family stayed at Motel 6 for two nights during our weekend trip, and it was a really good experience. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for all of us, and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved having the TV and Wi-Fi to relax after a long day out.
What really stood out was how friendly and accommodating the staff were — they made sure we had extra towels and checked in to see if everything was okay. The area felt safe, and there were a few restaurants and convenience stores close by, which made things super easy for us.
It’s a simple place, but it has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. Great value for money and very family-friendly — we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip!”

“Got norms, a burger joint, pizza and seafood. Got 711 around corner. Chevron and shell. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST I COME ALL THE TIME. JAY is so courteous and always does everything to make sure I'm happy with room and services. He's very welcoming and makes sure this place stays clean and calming. No druggies hanging out in parking lot or parties going on in rooms. It's such a great place for great price. Thanks you Epic and Jay.”

Special thanks to Natasha from the front-desk. We left an item in our Uber, and the driver didn’t speak English so we could not communicate with him. We were desperate to get our belongings back but due to this language barrier it seemed impossible. Natasha went above and beyond to help us out and she managed to get in touch with the driver and made sure our stuff was delivered back to the hotel that night. This lady deserves all the best for the effort and kindness.”

“Evening staff and cook at the bar/ restaurant area are AMAZING and deserve a raise!!! Entire stay was great, giving the rooms 4 out of 5 stars due to no microwave in the room, other than that, we had a great stay!
Rooms: Rooms are clean, with a mini fridge, unfortunately, no microwave.
Food and drinks: Restaurant and bar inside is GREAT, cook and staff are AMAZING in the evening! Hats off to the cook, she takes pride in her job of serving fresh, hot quality food! Bar staff also provides exceptional service to guests!!!
Noteworthy details: This is the only hotel that I've encountered that has AC in the hallways and a FRESH smell, 99% of all other hotel hallways are hot and smell bad. This is very surprising and refreshing to know that they make an effort to maintain ALL areas, not just the rooms.”

“This was a great place for base camp to all of the Amusement parks. We stayed for 5 days. The rooms were clean beds Comfortable and showers were good. They have a nice pool and a Jacuzzi. The breakfast was fairly decent. We rented 2 rooms and there was an issue with one of them. They were very cheerfully accommodating and immediately moved us to another room.
One word of caution, I recommend asking for a poolside and not a roadside room. The road noise can get to be a bit much.”

I was up stairs so this was a big inconvenience to go up two flights of stairs to walk to your room to have to turn around and walk back down two flights then back up. Happened everyday.”

“Room is good but the sofa is not suitable to sleep and it is not the e one can convert to a bed. Other that, the other is pretty standard and good. The best thing is the restaurant in the 1st floor. Lots of very delicious dishes. Especially the morning tea hours. The price is very decent too. The con for that is if you don’t have a reservation you probably need to wait 20-30min.”

“My wife, daughter and I stayed at the Hartford Hotel, BW this past May. We were in SoCal to celebrate my daughter's birthday and visit a number of locations throughout the LA area. In looking for a hotel, we selected this one, as it was very reasonably priced, centrally located to our desired list of destinations, had easy freeway access, looked to be in a nice, safe, area, and had good reviews. All of these factors were validated during our stay. On top of that, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, parking was free and plentiful, and noise levels in the area were surprisingly low despite the proximity to the freeway. The breakfast wasn't fancy, but was plentiful, of good quality, varied each day, and a good start to get going each morning. Overall, our four-night stay was enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. We would gladly return if in the area again.”

“This is my first time staying at this location, and I had nothing but a pleasant experience. Because I was traveling in and had my fur-child with me, I needed a place that would allow her to stay. I called Courtyard by Marriott-Hacienda Heights and asked them a few questions. Once all was said and done and that my fur-child was allowed, I booked my room.
When I walked in to check-in, the lady (didn’t catch her name) was very nice and had recalled our conversation. She once again went over what we discussed and then gave me my room keys and I was on my way.
The room was definitely big enough for myself and my little fur-child. We enjoyed the pool view from the room and the fresh air when I opened the sliding door. The plus was the screen sliding door that allowed her to see outside and watch the activity of passing guests.
Definitely had no issues. The only issue I encountered was during a potty break for my fur-child, we encountered a skunk in the landscaping area right next to the entrance and had to go away from where it was. The last thing we needed was to be sprayed.
Will definitely stay here again should it be on route.”
