“Outstanding customer service! I purchased a number of different things from them over the weekend and somehow the beanie I bought did not make it home with me. By the time I realized I was already home which was hundreds of miles away from their store. This morning I sent an email to the business owner and within a couple hours they responded, asked for my address and told me they would just mail the beanie to me. Thank you Mavericks Surf Company. “The Tennis Station is fantastic!A bountiful bevy of racquets, shoes and dedicated lines of tennis gear. The customer service is second to none. And Kim is so friendly and accommodating. It is a rare treat to still have special places like this rare gem. To experience that "mom & pop" dedicated customer service and knowledgable experience from staff that truly care about a customer's experience. And I love that they still carry vintage wood racquets! Makes me think of my swashbuckling youth, wearing my matching wrist & headbands with my brand new Stan Smith's.”

“Needed some quick maintanence on a couple of my balls and Ray took care of me in just a few minutes. He adjusted my thumbhole as it was too tight. He opened it up a little on the sides and beveled the edge a bit help with a smooth release. Then on another ball, my finger inserts were way too big and we swapped them out for proper fitting ones. Great service at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back.”

“Apologies if I misheard/misspelled names. Came here recently to get some workouts clothes for the private 1 on 1 KPOP dance lessons I'm starting soon. I birthed 2 kids and am out of shape. It's been awhile since I've shopped here/exercised so Scaby asked me if I needed help. I informed her of my situation and she quickly helped me find some sports bra, legging, pants, exercise top, exercise socks to try. She also kept checking in if I needed other sizes. Glad she did because some items were too tight/snug of a fit for me. Katie at the fitting rooms was very supportive and helpful as well ; she made sure I had all I needed. I almost went with a much bigger legging size because it was comfy for me. Scaby explained might be good to go down one size or else you might end up having to pull your pants up when it keeps slipping down when dancing if it's too big of size. That was very helpful for me to know. Lululemon is pricey but the quality is so good. I still have my mini backpack and exercise pants from years ago and because of the quality it's still in super good condition now. Thanks to the wonderful staff. Will definitely come back to grab more good items in the future. FYI lots of good restaurants nearby too so ate lunch nearby right after too”

“This place is always stocked. I like coming here if I am in the area. The fitting room is available to try on merchandise but must request it with an employee. Prices are reasonable, place is tidy and organized and they carry many cool top notch brands. Lots of parking.”

“Walked into the store and browse what's new. Fall in love with their Venice sweatshirt and Harlow tops. I needed a smaller size and asked one of the lady working there. She's about 5'3" blonde with glasses. She told me it's a sales item and that everything they have is on the rack. So I continued to shop and paid for 4 items with her. She's polite, but not friendly. While I was walking out, another sales lady approached me and asked if I'm looking for anything specific. So I told her I actually really liked the Venice Sweatshirt but they didn't have my size. She then pulled out a device and said that she can order online for me. So I waited, and then she looked at me and said they might have one in the back! She asked me if I can wait for her and I did. She came back with the exact sweatshirt I wanted and helped me with check out so that I didn't have to wait in line again. She's very friendly and professional, she CHECKS her inventory!! And she invited me to come back and shop again. Her name is Debbie. I would definitely go back and see her! Such a nice lady and I hope Athleta could keep her there because this location really is a hit or miss in terms of SA. Store is clean, selections are great. I hope the store manager will read this and improve their CS because I do like Athleta products.”

“I stopped by this Foot Locker to see if that had a couple shoes I had my eye on but could never locate my size. Lo and behold, Foot Locker Hillsdale had not just one but both shoes! I honestly have to just say thank you to JR (Jonrick) for being so patient and grabbing me both shoes in the multiple sizes that I wanted / needed to try. I was there for a nice chunk of time. I had tons of questions too, which he so happily answered. I cannot mention enough how hospitable he is.In the season of Christmas shopping and the hectic mess of life, it was so nice to have assistance with a smile. I'll definitely come back to this specific Foot Locker and ask for assistance from him, again.”

“Super helpful and friendly staff especially considering they were packed with customers on a Sunday afternoon. They even wrapped my purchase with tissue in the bag, which was a nice touch of privacy because I was shopping with family. The dressing rooms atmosphere is luxurious. Slight ding in star ⭐️ points because there was a lot of merchandise placed in random drawers (S,M,L,XL) that should be sorted a bit better. Based on what I saw there wasn’t any time for the staff to do much else besides help customers so maybe they should consider having a few extra employees on the weekends to help with demand and keep the place in tip top shape. Overall it good experience and their products are great: comfortable, affordable for the quality, and feel/look lush.”
