“Phil's is the best! Was having issues with a tire that had a slow leak. It was progressively getting worse over the weeks. Talked to Angie, and she was able to fit me in on short notice. Got 4 new tires and the job was done in 1 hour. It comes along with warranty, and it is nationwide! Coat was better than if I had gone elsewhere, and they don't overcharge for labor.
Best part, I didn't have to drive half an hour out of my way to go over the hill and wait all day.
Super glad to have this amazing team on our side of the hill, along the coast side. They truly do care about keeping their customers on the road!”

“I am so happy that Kieran (the owner) is so dedicated to fixing cars and solving complex problems. My old van needed new rear drum brakes. Kieran installed three different sets and I always had a strange noise. Kieran kept working on the issue and finally discovered I needed original parts. He tracked down the one remaining set in Texas and had it shipped to him. Now my van feels new!!Kieran worked hard to solve this problem and still just charged me a reasonable fee.”

They also flexed and supported my son with his flat tire a few months ago. Michael did an excellent job with checking me in and out! I live about 20 mins north and this will be the place I call when in need since they are flexible. Others closer to me either can’t fit me in or don’t have the tires.”

“We brought our Tesla in after a message popped up that we may need to rotate the tires. They took us in promptly and after thoroughly checking the tires they said they were in great shape and we didn’t need to rotate them yet. Joyce and Geovanni were incredibly honest and kind to tell us this and they did not charge us a penny when we asked if we could give them some money for their time. We will 100% be back when it is time to rotate them! Highly recommend - it’s not everyday you find such genuine people!”
“Kai at Kaico motors is a all you need for any of your automotive repairs. He a has taken very good care of my classic cars and my newer cars. His service work is top notch and he is very trustworthy. Your car will be fixed right the first time and with a very reasonable price. Just recently he installed my Blackvue 750x dash cam in my Mercedes E63s wagon. It was a two channel setup with front and rear cams with hard wiring for monitoring while parked. The installation was perfect with no wires showing. I will recommend his dash cam installs to all of my friends and family.”

His customer service is consistently excellent: clear communication, honest recommendations, and a level of kindness that really stands out in the auto world.
Every employee I’ve interacted with here has been knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They don’t talk down to you, they explain what’s going on with your car, and they treat you with respect every single time. That alone keeps me coming back.
