“I went there with my girl and we picked out a bunch of items put them in the basket so for the cart so we could try them on and it was two of us so there was the items but she went into the dressing room to try on items and the lady looked at her like she was crazyshe was telling them telling her to put her card aside but there was like a ton of items even her person there so long story short she couldn’t try on the items and she was upset and pissed by the time I went over there to try my items on she was like frustrated and she just wanted to go so I didn’t get the items I wanted and it sucked big time”

“I had to pick up a uniform for the Firefighter Academy. Navy pants shorts and shirts. Etc. I was given the best customer service! The lady whose name I forgot was wonderful. Helped fit me, she picked out pants and shirts for me that were perfect. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Honestly, it was the best retail customer service I've ever had! Thank you!”

“Not a Longbeach local, but made a fun day trip up the coast to the check out the shop. First, the shop is really filled with character and everything is high quality.
Specifically, the Vanson Territory Jacket was what I came for and I picked it up. Not a biker by any stretch of the means, but I’ve had the jacket for the past week, and it’s even more comfortable than I anticipated. Thoroughly impressed with its function and design.
If there’s anything catching your eye at this shop, I’ll testify that it’s worth looking into 100%.”

“This was my first time inside an Old Navy and I didn't know I was missing out on these cute outfits and finds. The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon.”

“I have to give it to Kohl’s because all their stores are pretty much the same when it comes to excellence. This one in particular, it’s always well organized, clean, and their customer service is excellent. The prices are great, and even better when you can use their coupons. Plus some days you can get Kohl’s cash, which is good. There’s a Sephora in here, but keep in mind that the Sephora’s here might not have all the stuff that stand alone Sephoras have. However, you’ll still find a great selection here. And I have to give a shout out to the customer service at this specific Sephora, the guy was just awesome. He sounded so genuinely friendly, and happy to help. Thank you!”
“I had a great experience selecting and purchasing hats here. First of all they have a great selection and everything is very organized. The staff is also very friendly and provided lots of info. “AMAZING experience all around! My friend and I were looking for a place to rent bikes. Lo and behold, Beach Bound Sports came to the rescue. Conveniently located right across from Pier Plaza, Beach Bound has amazing rates, sufficient rental options, and an amazing staff! Xavier was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a problem locking our bikes (user error) and we called the shop and they quickly responded and helped us out! “I love their clothing options. Saw there are deals going on at Kohls through some insta deals pages and went casually for window shopping. Guess what, purchased 10 tops(for myself and my hubby) and also glasses under clearance. With additional 50% discount, got all those stuff for just $156(tax included). There are price checkers in the store or else you can scan product barcode on kohls app for accurate prices after discount. Ample parking space. I went couple of times to use the parking space for car driving practice”
“Dead Rockers is probably my favorite punk shop in Southern California. I'm an east sider, but always take the time to come over here to Long Beach to visit this cute spot. They have a fantastic selection of everything from pins, to records, to shirts and leather jackets. The vibe in this store is fabulous and there is literally something for everyone here. Such a treat to have a spot like this that I can come to do in-person shopping. Prices are super reasonable and the staff is very helpful as well!”

“I came into this DD's to find address for Christmas party. I know a lot of people wouldn't think of DD's when it comes to getting a dress for a Christmas party. I actually found two, they were both nice only to come home and find out I didn't have shoes to go with either. Therefore I didn't end up wearing either one of them. But the best thing is if I have somewhere else to go I already have two dresses. For the purchase of the two dresses I don't think I spent over $25”
