“I went to this Cricket store, because I saw they have a 4.8 rating. You know what? It's well deserved. The gentleman who helped me was kind and helped me with my phone issues after I'd spent a couple of hours on the phone with customer service. The phone customer service reps were nice, too, but unable to help. Anyway, I definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs to visit Cricket or is thinking of switching carriers. :)”

“Honestly, my camera protector was cracked, but they replaced it in under 5 minutes—seriously, it took less than five minutes. The new camera protector cost $35, and what’s amazing is that it comes with a lifetime warranty. If it breaks again, I only have to pay an additional $10 to get it replaced with a brand-new one. With tax, it was $37.99, and I highly recommend it. This is seriously awesome. Totally worth it!”

“My first experience with a pawn shop ever was made very pleasant by Elmar. :) He made sure to explain the process, and did a thorough examination of my items which I really appreciated. (They pay a very good price for gold) He also took the time to explain how loans and buying from them worked which was great to note for future purchases. After everything, I walked out with a big chunk of cash and a nice perspective of this little pawn shop!”

My experience with USAV Solutions shows that (1) it is important for the Customer to define the specific problem(s) and (2) USAV Solutions will work to repair those problems. Specificity and patience are important elements.”

“One of the most patient, kindest, and most importantly, professional people who I have had the pleasure of visiting for the past couple of years. They take the time to check and ensure what the issue are with my devices before any charge, they have explained to me what issues my phone had in great detail every visit, and the best part is that they have been able to resolve all of my phones issues without failure. For my most recent visit, they worked on my phone until we found out what the main issue was and now my phone is working like new. I would recommend this repair store for anyone who needs their phone repaired. These guys are knowledgeable, diligent, kind, and down-to-earth people . 10/10 service!”

“I had a very wonderful shopping experience today at the Target in Cerritos on Bloomfield. I was able to find exactly what I needed and the sales associates were very helpful, friendly, and well informed as to their responsibilities. I was not able to find one of the items that I wanted so I asked a very friendly associate, I think her name was Gabrielle, if she could help me in the toy department. She not only told me where the item was, she walked me over to the item, which was very appreciated. Thank you.”
