“Honestly, my camera protector was cracked, but they replaced it in under 5 minutes—seriously, it took less than five minutes.
The new camera protector cost $35, and what’s amazing is that it comes with a lifetime warranty. If it breaks again, I only have to pay an additional $10 to get it replaced with a brand-new one.
With tax, it was $37.99, and I highly recommend it. This is seriously awesome. Totally worth it!”
“Good store, Saw a traffic light inside the store that was funny. it’s a 2 story store but the escalator didn’t work so you climb it like a stair case. Restrooms are on the second floor and they aren’t the best or the worst.”

“This was hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a phone store and I don’t say that lightly. The service here is absolutely top tier. Gio, the manager, went above and beyond in every way possible. He didn’t just answer my questions, he broke everything down clearly, gave me his honest opinion on the device I was considering, and made sure I truly understood my options.
What really stood out is that he wasn’t trying to sell me anything. His priority was genuinely helping me and my family get the absolute most value out of our plan. He strategized with me, showed me ways to maximize benefits, and made sure we walked out with the best setup possible, brand new devices and all, without feeling pressured for a second.
It’s rare to find someone who actually cares more about the customer than the commission, but that’s exactly the vibe Gio gives off. I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews, but exceptional service deserves recognition. If you’re coming to this location, ask for Gio. You won’t regret it.”

“I went to this Cricket store, because I saw they have a 4.8 rating. You know what? It's well deserved. The gentleman who helped me was kind and helped me with my phone issues after I'd spent a couple of hours on the phone with customer service. The phone customer service reps were nice, too, but unable to help. Anyway, I definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs to visit Cricket or is thinking of switching carriers. :)”
