“I went to this Cricket store, because I saw they have a 4.8 rating. You know what? It's well deserved. The gentleman who helped me was kind and helped me with my phone issues after I'd spent a couple of hours on the phone with customer service. The phone customer service reps were nice, too, but unable to help. Anyway, I definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs to visit Cricket or is thinking of switching carriers. :)”

“I recently had my phone screen repaired by Mohammed, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable about what he does. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the repair process in simple terms, and completed the job faster than I expected. The quality of the work was excellent—my phone screen looks and functions like new again. On top of that, his pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. What really stood out was his customer service. Mohammed was friendly, honest, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such great service. I highly recommend Mohammed to anyone needing phone repairs. I’ll definitely be returning if I ever need help again”

“I just want to say I accidentally gave your associate Ana a 1 star on my customer experience survey but I didn't mean it, she was actually very helpful! I got confused and thought it was for the At&t Customer Service rep. Kim who wasn't able to assist me that same day. Thanks to Ana I was in and out in less than 10minutes with my phone working again. Sorry for the confusion!😕”

“I had an excellent experience at One Stop Cellular. The service was professional, fast, and extremely informative from start to finish. I needed a new key made for my 2010 Honda Accord, and they handled it quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond by also fixing my original key fob. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was fully informed about what was being done, and were very thorough throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find service that is this professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. If you need help with keys, key fobs, or anything similar, I highly recommend One Stop Cellular. Exceptional service all around!”

“This Verizon Authorized Retailer provides an exceptionally smooth and positive experience. The employees are all extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their customer service is top tier, going out of their way to help those with issues that most official Verizon stores would've charged for. They even installed a complimentary phone case and screen protector, which saved my phone from a major accident I had on a roller coaster at Knott's Berry Farm. If it wasn't for them, I would've had to shell out $$$ to replace a brand new screen. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service!”

“I am beyond impressed with the service we received!!! My dad’s phone just stopped working. Couldn’t unlock it. My mom passed a few months ago and the phone had all his pics and videos of her. The look on his face when the ATT store said it was a lost cause made me clear my schedule to drive down to see if I could help. My daughter had been to this place before and so that’s where we went! And you know what he said “It can be fixed” I won’t lie I cried a lil bit. Not only did he fix it… he was able to fix it the SAME DAY!!! His professionalism is why we will NEVER take anything that needs to be fixed, that he can fix, ANYWHERE else! And you shouldn’t either!!! He explained what needed to happen. Gave us the options and was worth every penny! SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! Honest and good work is hard to find in today’s world! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”
