“We were exploring some new couches online with Bob's and my husband found some really good deals. Then he found one that was actually located in the store at Long Beach so we decided to go check it out.
I was a bit nervous after seeing some reviews, but when we walked in, we were greeted, but nobody was too pushy. We wandered around the showfloor & then we went into the outlet section, which is more like the discounted open box section, and we fell in love with basically the first couch that we saw. An employee named Ben helped us out a LOT and answered all our questions and was very friendly. Shout out to Ben!!! Altho many people on the floor were willing to help.
Altho Ben offered us the Bob's delivery, we chose to shop around for other options. Everything came without a hitch. Definitely would come back to order more furniture here. The prices cant be beat!
They even have snacks and clean bathrooms!”

So, we visited the Avocado Factory Store, expecting to spend only 20 minutes, but ended up staying for over an hour. It was nice being the only customers in the building on a Monday afternoon. Isaiah, who exuded calm and patient energy, showed us several mattress recommendations based on our sleep positions, encouraging us to try them out, answering all my questions, and chatting with us about a range of mattress- and sleep-related topics (mattress materials, allergies, circadian rhythm, Mg, sleep hygiene), and even emailed me additional detailed sleep-related information. “I was looking for a couch that would fit our needs and not leave my wallet crying. I found Tempo on Offer Up and called to find out they have two locations. We visited one shop and found the right couch for us, but unfortunately only the display model was there. However, they were kind and accommodating and called up the other location to have them wrap the couch and have it ready for us to pick up that night even though it was about to be closing time. We got our couch that night and it has been perfect for us. This place has a lot to offer aside from couches, a great selection at reasonable prices.”

“Went here to find an extra firm mattress as my husband wanted something to help his back pain. We tried Mattress Firm first and we were interested in one but it was $1249. I've attached a pic of the mattress we saw at Mattress Firm, and the second pic is the mattress we ended up buying with Hector. Hector helped us out and we got a great deal on an even better mattress at half the price. Definitely will come here again whenever I need a new mattress, prices are much more affordable than the big brand chains. Thanks Hector!!!”
