“Rented a truck today from a nice rental person, possibly his name is Harry G. The gentleman was professional, polite, courteous and extremely thorough on me understanding the contract. Truck was almost brand new in great condition and everything went outrageously smoother than previous U-Haul rentals at the Gardena location. Without a doubt I would rent from this location in a heartbeat.”

“Did not try to up charge me unlike the Torrance location! I originally booked with Torrance and they were out of the car I had originally chosen. instead of Torrance, honoring the reservation and just giving me a different size vehicle . they tried to charge me more for a different vehicle. So I decided to try my luck at this location. The employees were much nicer and very understanding. They told me the car options that they had available and didn't charge me for the next class because they didn't have the economic one I had made the reservation for. Great experience would definitely recommend.”
