“Everything about this hotel worked for us. The rooms were wonderful. The hotel staff was very helpful. We were leaving on an international trip but our flight wasn't until late at night. We were able to get an extension until 8pm and it was only $50. We had a lot of luggage so that was necessary. They have a lovely courtyard that we would get takeout and go sit and enjoy the view. They are walking distance to may restaurants and Manhattan Beach. They also run a complimentary shuttle back and forth.”

“During my recent stay at this hotel, I was disappointed to find that the advertised whirlpool was out of order. This was one of the main amenities I was looking forward to, and its unavailability diminished my overall experience.

Additionally, the shower booth in my room was uncomfortably small, making it difficult for an average adult to use it comfortably. This lack of space detracted from what should have been a relaxing and convenient stay.

I was also dissatisfied with the service at the front desk. Despite being an elite member, the hotel agent did not acknowledge my status and refused to grant a late check-out, which is a standard benefit typically offered. By the way, this was a Comfort Inn in the past.”

“Honestly this was one of the nicest and cleanest hotels I have stayed in in a while. Jordan L was absolutely amazing, she really made us feel extremely welcome and gave us all the information we needed and more. Great stay!!”

“pleasantly surprised after recent stay here. looking for something close to LAX but not $200/nite like the hotels along century blvd, rate was $80 a nite w/ $100 returnable incidental hold. now this ain't shangri-la or paradise cove, just a small efficient, no frills motel-style property. the sizable room had a clean bed, hot shower, tv, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, iron and board, desk, chair and nosy a/c. located in a slightly worn down but active area, it was no worse than any other big city i've stayed in. at night the area is well lit and the street noise is greatly reduced so slept pretty well. close to bus/train lines and within 5 min walk to cvs/walgreens/ralphs stores for everyday needs & food, w/ ice cold drinks in hotel lobby for $1.50. the two office guys that worked there were super friendly and helped w/ directions and food suggestions during my stay. will def stay here again!”

“I really enjoyed my 3 night stay with this hotel. However, they didn't have an outdoor grill area as the website says. It also mentioned free parking which also wasn't true. One of the main attractions for this hotel is the location. I timed my travels (driving after morning rush hour) and every trip wasn't a long congested wait. The hotel rooms were nice and the hotel staff were so helpful. My only problem was the parking which wasn't free but accessible if you have a handicap sticker. The parking garage was a short walk across the street and seemed great even tho it was shared with four other surrounding hotels..The what was supposed to be Queen bed was really a full size bed but my wife and I managed to make it work.”

“The television is not smart, only analog channels and they are useless, also the room they told me was a non-smoking room and it turned out I got a smoking room, it is what it is, there is no more.”

“I didn't stay here because I made a booking mistake, but Eric, the receptionist, was very polite and accommodating. Helped me book a room next door at the same rate.”

“Great hotel for value, excellent free breakfast, honest maid service. Only thing I didn't like was $20 a day for parking but I guess that's everywhere in LA. Highly recommend to everyone and I'm pickey about hotels.”

“Accessible and affordable hotel. A quick 10-15 minutes from LAX, and about 30-40 minutes to either Hollywood Blvd or the Los Angeles cruise terminal. Basically in the middle, so you're able to visit both in relatively short time. A basic breakfast is included. There is no noise from the airport despite being next door.”

“Great hotel venue with easy parking. I didn’t stay in a room but the conference room was nice and sound proof when the doors were closed and the temperature was perfect. Easy for an all day training and so many food options close.”

“Very good location near LAX. Spacious room and convenient to work. They have coffee available in the morning, and there’s a Dennys down the street. Plenty of parking spaces at a low rate.”
