“Amazing staff, wonderful buffet breakfast, and a botanical garden for landscaping.We stayed in the two bedroom suite and felt it was a great value for our money. Very clean, comfortable, roomy, and well-maintained.Rooms: The two bedroom suite has a (small) full kitchen: two burner electric stove, small dishwasher, full sized refrigerator with ice maker.The beds are comfortable; the pillows are soft and plentiful (five!).We stayed in the handicapped suite, and the washrooms are spacious and well-appointed with plentiful safety bars.Living area has adequate seating and many outlets.Food & drinks: Buffet breakfast is amazing. Make-your-own waffles, choice of muffins, a different breakfast meat each day, oatmeal (and a vast variety of toppings) and a selection of bulk cereals.”

“My first time staying at this hotel. It is a small cozy hotel with nice modern design. Service was great. Staff was attentive. Hotel room was clean and I especially like the vinyl wood flooring. It is much better than carpeted floors. Hotel breakfast buffet was good at fair price.Since it is close to airport, parking is expensive and street parking spots are hard to find.”

“This place is a solid four stars. It’s a little dated. But it is all around fine for the price. I like staying for a night in El Segundo because of the proximity to the freeway and food. Everything is just fine about this hotel. Nothing special. I was pleased to use a peloton in the fitness room. That’s a great feature for me.”

“Close to the Airport & SoFi stadium. Very accommodating. We landed early in the morning and needed a room. They gave us some options as we only needed it for less than a day. Breakfast was really good and decent. Staff at check in and around the facility was very nice and helpful. We didn't want to rent a car as we were there for 12 hours, they offered free airport shuttle with a small 15 minute wait time.”

“I was very impressed at first by customer service Thomas is amazing but I’m a little irritated as I just checked out they said I had a balance of $500 and never do I have a balance I don’t know how their system is working but the confusion at 4:29 AM is disheartening and I’m furious and I will be calling time is shortly our time is different because I’m from Minnesota but yeah and it’s really dirty low-key the hotel is Ragley ice machine didn’t work I took the steps because their elevator is Jenkee you know it’s ridiculous so they better refund my money sooner than later with your dirty hotel”

“When we got to our room, the safe had no battery...I don't understand why this isn't checked before guests arrive. A paper for our entire stay (8 nights) at the foot of a bed, it proves that the vacuum cleaner didn't really go wellA detail, but it's annoying, the elevators, coming from the parking lots and going up to the floors, stop automatically on the ground floor... even though no one is waiting at this level.Very nice and very decent breakfast area.Otherwise this is the second time I have come to this hotel and I would definitely come back.”

“I had a great experience here. I called once we landed to see if we would be able to check in early, and they said yes. My husband was so sick from the plane ride, so we were grateful for that. The room we were given wasn’t cleaned, but the front desk immediately found us one that was ready. I love the waiting area set up, and there was a cute large connect 4 game.I enjoyed a drink a bar, the bartender was very sweet.The floors are confusing, so be sure to ask the staff what floor your room is on. Parking was simple, it’s designated just for the hotel. You can pay hourly or do all day. There is a shuttle to the airport I think. We rented a vehicle though.You are walking distance from a pharmacy and a few restaurants. “This time my experience was different. I arrived about 7pm to Nobody at the front desk. I walked to the left and right. Had to say Hello out loud before anyone showed up. Then as I gave my name for check-in the lady said she didn't see any Reservation for me. She asked me was I at the right location? I showed my Confirmation through the app and E-mail. She had to make me a New Reservation after all that. I had already used my card an gave my info on the app. To be charged at the desk. Even though the front lady was being helpful, it was frustrating an consumed time.”

“We had a really nice experience here. Our room had an issue with the bathroom door and the front desk had it fixed while we were at dinner and extra towels came super fast. The room was tight for 4 adult-sized humans, but worked fine. Everything was clean and the balcony was a nice add-on. Breakfast was good.”

“Very friendly and Helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was great. Plenty of parking. Had issue with AC and staff, as I was walking to the front desk one of the employees (M) was walking around doing security checks and he came to fix problem right away, it ended up being the selection of the controls. All staff members very friendly and always saying hi and smiling. Will go back for sureRooms: Very nice rooms and quiet, although you can hear the upstairs occupants walking or others walking on the walkway, all in all it was still great.”

“Stayed here for the night. All soap conditioner and lotion was provided which was great! Towels, bed sheets, and room was clean! Front desk ladies were all very nice! We used the shuttle to have them come pick us up at the airport! 8 min walk from in & out and other restaurants!Rooms: Clean came with everything we needed for the night!”

“Your Staff are very kind and helpful. You have a good location but the 2 Things I Would Change are1) The Continental Breakfast needs Milk for the Oatmeal, and a dry cereal.2) I was not a happy camper to find I had to additionally pay for my car to park without the threat of towing me away. I paid for my room and that should accommodate my vehicle as well.Rooms: Having a kitchenette was invaluable. The room was spacious and cleanNearby activities: Plenty of choices to eat around here. All within 150 yards to the hotel”

“The front desk staff are very nice,But the lady at the restaurant next to the lobby knows nothing about being a professional. Sat there for a while and didn't look or ask if I need something. A couple came in and was serve immediately. I left to IHOP and get dinner.”
