I am absolutely amazed by the service at the United States Postal Service in Westwood. Every single letter I send from this location reaches its recipient without any issues. In the past, my mail would often get lost when sent from other branches, but here everything works flawlessly!
The staff are wonderful — always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions. They work quickly and accurately, and they know exactly when to suggest additional services. Everything here is just perfect. Thank you!”

“Really convenient little shop with super friendly and helpful customer service. They handle shipments via FedEx and USPS Ground, which makes it easy to get things out quickly. Just keep in mind this is an affiliated location, not a full FedEx store, so if you’re looking for special FedEx rates or full services, you’ll need to go to a main FedEx location. For everyday shipping needs though, this spot is quick, easy, and reliable.
Parking could be tricky, but there is a big strip mall just behind the corner”
“The post office looks pretty great. It’s clean inside and the surrounding is safe enough during daytime.
It’s also the closest best place you would have near downtown and Chinatown.
However, they ran out of priority express mail and priority mail stamps. The shop assistant explained well about how that works to me.
I hope they restock the stamps.”

“I came here for the first time to submit my passport application and I actually got the wrong dates but the right time for my appointment. I didn’t realize this until after I got there. This really nice black woman helped me out and she was able to squeeze me in and I cannot thank her enough for doing that for me. Which again was my a fault of my own for coming in on the wrong date. It was a super fast process it took less than 10 mins since I already came prepared with everything ready. I didn’t catch her name but I wanted to write this review to let her know that her kindness did not go unnoticed <3”

“While the hours are less than to be desired at this local annex to the larger Post Office this makes up for in its lovely and helpful employees. Most associate the post office with stress. This is not that location. It’s all about how they can help and they are always professional and very friendly. High fives all around although I wish they had abbreviated Saturday hours to avoid the Sepulveda location which is poorly located with so much traffic.”

“I think the negative reviews are kinda outdated. I know the bar is low, but this might be the best post office on the coastal west side. Just come off peak hours and be nice. If you think it's bad, you probably haven't visited the others. There is easy parking across the street in the lot if the nearby spots are taken.”

“I know tons of post offices around LA are really bad with trash workers, but took a chance coming here and both times I've been here (Tuesday and Thursday morning) the lady working the shift has been nice helpful to me and others in front of me and fast service. “It's hard to find a good post office in LA but this one for sure will be my goto! Security is so tight at the door which may upset people but if you can look past that then this is one of the cleanest, quickest post offices I have been to in the city. It's located in the federal building making it nice location and I appreciated the service I got”

“I had a very good experience today at USPS in Gardena I had two packages to send.
One package already had a label, and one did not. The line was about seven people, but the staff helped me. They told me I could leave the package with the label at a special window, and for the other package I used the self-service machine. It was very easy and fast, and I finished everything in about one and a half minutes. They also have envelopes, boxes, and postcards there. I am happy with this place. The staff was nice and helpful. I recommend this USPS location.”

“I forgot the young ladies name, but she had beautiful braids and a beautiful pleasant smile. She helped find the postage I needed to put a tracing on something I was sending. This post is very calm and quiet. The staff is also pleasant. I do not mind standing in line. the post office is very clean. Cleanliness is very important to me.”
“This post office is a little hidden if you are not familiar with Harbor City, CA. There is very few customers no matter the time of day I go here. Staff are friendly and eager to help, unlike some other post offices I've been to in the Southbay. Ample street parking and in the parking lot. There are 2 drop boxes outside the building that you could easily drive up to. I love that I get and out pretty swiftly.”

“Like other reviewer said, there was only one lady working at the time I arrived, so expect a long wait time (30+ min). It was difficult to hear what she was saying because other people waiting in line were talking on their phone and it ECHOES so loud. She helped me out with my international shipping and my package is promptly being processed. The reason I took off one star is due to a long wait time, lack of staffs, and difficulty to hear what the staff is saying. Maybe a microphone like the ones in movie theaters' front office might improve the process.”

“Went yesterday to drop off Depop packages. Hesitated going to the post office due to the bad reviews. Complaining about wait time is unnecessary as it’s not in their control how many people wanna ship stuff and that’s something that shouldn’t have an effect on the ratings. The workers there were very straight forward n firm but no where near close to being rude. I feel all the bad reviews are because people are mad that the workers are not giving kiss ass attitude like most places. But they are not obligated to kiss ur ass. You tell them what you need and they’ll give u an answer simple as that.”
