“Santa Rosa airport is great to fly in and out of. The least stressful airport I've ever encountered Helpful and friendly Avis Rental Car agents, the cars I've rented are clean and virtually always new with most less than 9K miles. Easy pick-up and return of the rental. Try and gas up away from Airport Blvd as there is only 1 gas station right at Airport Road exit at 101 Freeway and the prices are very high. The exits before and after will have better fuel options. If you're hungry, stop at Kaffe Mocha in the mini mall right at Airport Blvd and 101 Freeway. The best diner/coffee shop around and great for families. I eat there upon arriving in Santa Rosa and before dropping off my car at Avis on return.”

Dan was on duty and organized the vehicle pick-up since I wouldn't arrive until after Enterprise business hours. Dan provided clear instructions, including screenshots. “I had a very positive experience renting from National at Santa Rosa airport. The staff was friendly, and rental lot is very convenient. I also looked at some of the negative reviews, and completely understand those who express frustration when a reserved car is not available. Not defending National, but I travel a lot and recognize the difficulty on their part in ensuring the right amount of cars are available on any given day. I've been stuck with few or no car options at some very large airports, and can imagine how much more difficult it is for National to ensure cars are available at a small location where the pool is so much smaller. In my case, the car model type I had reserved was not available so the Manager quickly jumped in and gave me an amazing upgrade, no hesitation. The car was awesome, and the Manager followed up during my trip via text to make sure everything was good. Their responsiveness really turned a good trip into an amazing one.”
