“Wish I could give 6 stars! We had a break-in with our rental car from the SFO airport during a very busy period last week and we were looking to swap cars. The manager (Jason) could have not been more helpful and was able to get us into another vehicle during a very trying time. We had lost many thousands of dollars worth of items from our rental car and he could not have been more understanding or accommodating. Thanks so much!”

I woke up this morning to a flat tire on my rental, Matt dispatched roadside assistance to me so they could put on the spare and then got me in an identical vehicle replacement to get me back to work. Always exceptional.”

“Ryan was personable, professional & went above & beyond in accommodating my personal needs in the car I rented from them thru Priceline. I rent it from Ace in Fulton I believe 4 times in the past 4-5 years & customer service and taking care of anything that may come up with your rental. Love this place! “I interacted with a Hertz Santa Rosa employee during our flight connection delay, informing him that we would be late to the rental counter. He was extremely helpful and instructive. He assured me that he would keep an eye on flight, and hold the car for us, which he did. The employee at the counter was very welcoming when we arrived, and when we returned the car. Customer service was exemplary from start to finish. The car was clean and perfect for our travel needs for the extended weekend.”

“Enterprise in Healdsburg, Ca made a terribly annoying situation easy. My car got hit and I needed a rental. The people at this Enterprise office were communicative, helpful, accommodating as much as they could be, and honestly delightful. The only way this could have been better is if Enterprise could make insurance companies pay them to deliver rentals to people who need them, but, well, insurance companies are weird. Enterprise was awesome and the Toyota Camry they provided me with was pretty rad. Thank you forever to Enterprise Healdsburg!”
