Every time I come home I feel like I’m walking into a 5 star hotel and it smells great inside. The apartment complex is kept clean, especially the amenities. This past year has been amazing.”
“Property manager is very patient and helpful. She responds to needs in a timely manner. Apartments are very nice and cozy inside with modern interior. The head of maintenance is a very nice guy. He gets stuff done quickly and is always around. Apartments are conveniently in walking distance to a lot of grocery stores and food eateries.”
“I recently leased my first apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I want to give a special thank you to Michelle, who was such a huge help throughout the rental process. From the very first phone call, her positive energy stood out. She was always available, patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions. One day, I happened to see her around the property and immediately recognized her — that same warm, friendly energy carried through in person. She’s such a lovely and easy person to talk to, and her support made this new chapter so much smoother for me.
I also want to give a shout-out to Joe, who has been just as kind and helpful. Every time I see him around the property, he checks in to see how I’m doing, which really adds to the sense of community here.
The maintenance team has also been incredible — timely, efficient, and respectful. I’ve met many of my neighbors as well, and they’ve all been so welcoming and supportive. It truly feels like a positive, caring environment to live in.
Overall, I’m so grateful for Michelle, Joe, and the entire team. They genuinely care about the residents, and I couldn’t recommend this place more.”
“If I could give this review 10 stars I would, seriously. I toured the apartment with the assistant manager, Paul, and this was truly the best apartment tour experience I’ve ever had. He was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind and he took the time to genuinely listen and understand what I was looking for. He went above and beyond to help me find options that aligned with my needs, never making the process feel rushed or transactional.
Having toured many properties throughout the Bay Area, Paul stands out in a way that is rare. He brings a level of care, patience, and integrity that immediately builds trust and makes a stressful process feel manageable and reassuring. He is not only excellent at his job, but also a genuinely wonderful human being.

“The memory care section has a great layout. During my tour, I noticed the patients looked quite content out in the common areas. The circular layout makes it seem much bigger than it is, which I’m sure is great for the residents.”
“I did a tour of this property with Ny, who was very gracious and informative. From answering my initial emails, to setting the appointment and touring the property she exuded warmth and professionalism. Although the apartment was a little to small for working from home, it was lovely and the amenities and location are perfect for students or employees of U.C. If you live here you are in the heart of the "gourmet ghetto" and an easy walk to all services. And with Ny as your manager, I'm sure your experience will be smooth and happy.”

“It's an quiet neighborhood..I loved it when I used to stay there. The management is awesome. Very nice people. I lived in the 1 bedroom then moved into a 2 bedroom. No complaints. I was able to see the Animal Kingdom from the balcony of the apartment where I stayed at.”
“Information regarding the availability of apartments is great and easy to understand. They are willing to work with you and the prices are reasonable for the times in which we are living in. Still waiting to move in. Can't wait to be a part of this community.”
“My mother has been a resident at Valencia Terrace, Corona, CA for several years. The climate there in Southern California is wonderful, the grounds are so pleasant, and the staff is top notch. They have movies, music, games, and a pool. Her favorite activities are the brunches and barbecues.”
“I lived here for a very brief period of time and I enjoyed it here very much. The place is located in the Richmond point area and for being located in Richmond, it is a really nice location. The place is in a gated community and the grounds of the property are super nice and well maintained. Every resident here has their own parking spots with plenty of guest parking spots to go around. The apartments are very large and spacious, with porches looking over various spots of the property, washer and dryer in the units and high ceilings (on top floors). There are plenty of walking trails inside the property and outside of the property which is great on a nice day. The staff here are really nice and the residents are for the most part quiet. If you have the chance to buy or rent here consider yourself lucky - very gorgeous place.”
“We have been here for about a week. The neighbors are friendly, courteous, and welcoming. The apartment is very clean with new carpets. All our appliances have been working great and there has been no plumbing issues.
Jonathan, the Community Manager has been great from our first visit to find a rental unit here. He is very resourceful and understands your needs readily. He answers our emails in a timely manner with appropriate responses for our questions. We sincerely hope our future experiences will be positive as it has been this past week.”

“The office staff is beyond nice and always very helpful. They treat you like family the moment you walk in the door. The grounds are always kept very clean and honestly it’s so nice it doesn’t even feel like Vallejo. The property itself is beautiful and very up to date with everything. There’s even a pool and a cardio room. So if you’re looking for your next home you’ll definitely want to check them out asap!!”
“The Vue at 3600 kept my niece $500 and she is on a fixed income and avoided her and housing authority when housing authority was emailing them trying to get in touch with them they lie play games with people that's trying to get an apartment with them.”
“This place is not the top of the line.the leaseing person is Roger he is amazing seeking that he does 4 jobs and only get paid for one so... I'll start their. The apartment we moved it to is a nice one bedroom hardwood floors and carpeting in the bed room rent here is fair for the bay area were the prices are going up by day but still on the outside it looks OK could be keep up a little better buy hey its a one person show with all said I couldn't be happier with the move.”

She cared about everyone and she took great care of the property. If you needed anything she was willing to help. Ray is also fantastic! We left the apartments because we bought a house but we will always love Miss Beatrice and will have a special place in our hearts for Montoya Gardens!”
“Stayed here almost two years already and I say this is a pretty decent area! The maintenance crew is phenomenal!! I’ve rented at other places and maintenance was trash, but these two guys get the job done shout out to them!The property manager is very friendly, she sticks to her guns and gets things done, she’s very caring, watches out for people, tries to ensure fairness around the apartments, and very much approachable!”
