“Can not recommend this car rental company enough. Danny was amazing at replying quickly to emails when sorting out a rental car for my under-25-year-old daughter. This was by far the most affordable option for a young driver and Danny was so helpful with sorting out payment options when her credit card was not working, Debit card payment was OK. There was no issue at all extending the rental car week by week as she was looking to purchase a vehicle and that took longer than anticipated and this was no problem at all with a few days notice given. Highly recommend, we will be using Super Cheap Car Rentals whenever we need a rental car in LA.”

“Came here with no reservation. Joe (I think that was his name) was helping me with the booking, he patiently waited while I had to figure out my ICBC insurance stuff on the phone. He was extremely patient, professional and friendly! The rental went super smoothly. The car we got was a Toyota Camry that was very clean and great on gas. Return was super simple as well and the price I was quoted from the beginning was the price I paid. My deposit was released quickly as well. “Prime saved our trip!
We just arrived at LA and had booked a car via Fox. Unfortunately their new system doesn’t allow manual processing of Philippine driver’s licenses (only those with US barcodes). So we could not rent a car with them. Thankfully the staff at Fox was helpful, her name is Navi. She recommended Prime since they do not require the license scanning and can accommodate manual processing of license.
Prime picked us up from Fox’s office. The manager/supervisor who picked us up and arranged our booking was so helpful and went above and beyond what we needed. Thank you Faz!”

“I was so needing a vacation get away so I booked with Enterprise. While at the counter I met Ruby, who was beyond amazing- she was so down to earth and answered all my questions thoroughly! Her guest services was exceptional! I was greeted outside to choose a vehicle to my liking and I got in an SUV that looked clean when I got in but when I used the trunk- it had hair and what appeared to be a finger nail- that grossed me out. I didn't have time to thoroughly inspect the car when I left because I trusted Enterprise to do so for their customers. I may or may not return as a customer- We'll see!

“Mariela and the team at Laxpress came to the rescue when Avis rejected us… A provided shuttle to their location from the other big companies was a nice service. As under 25-yo renters it was a make or break for our road-trip vacation. No hidden fees and professional and polite upon delivery and return of rental vehicle. Price was about the same as the big companies, and accepts debit cards. Thank you for your help in our situation, after a long day of travel.”

“Clean, and pretty empty sure to obvious reasons. Minimal staffing at all rental companies. No food vending services open. I was using National, and while there were only 2 at the desk, line moved quickly. Only one attendant outside, while he was on the phone (work related call), he greeted me, and helped me immediately. Vehicle selection felt limited, but found vehicles I had not found before. I think everyone rented the rogues before I arrived.”
“Great service and happy you are located in my hometown. My reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 is that I would like to have rented an electric car which I did this past summer from the other car rental across the street...and it wasn't a Tesla. I encourage you to consider gicing other electric cars a chance. I drove a Chevy Volt and loved it. I always tell my clients, if you need a car or a day, try electric. We need to get more of the them on the highway and there are tons of choices now that aren't Tesla. Keep up the good work .”
