“Love being a member of the Emerald Club! Pay for a "Jetta" sized car, but get your pick of whatever is in the "Emerald Isle". We never know what we're going to be driving, it's always an adventure, but it has always been way more premium than a Jetta. Typically some brand of SUV.”

“Phenomenal customer service!!! My experience with Midway was such a breeze specifically thanks to Antoni. She was amazing and so helpful. It's so nice to know that there are still people out there in this world that want to help you in any way that they can. She was polite, sweet, and went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was stress free. I called because I had a concern for a rental car for my fathers rental car and she assured me that she would do everything she could to help. To the point where she even told me that even though she will be at another location the next day, to call her there if I had anymore questions. Sure enough I did have a couple more, so I called that location and she was more than happy to help! 10/10 EXPERIENCE WITH THIS RENTAL COMPANY THANKS TO ANTONI”

However, my friends felt a bit uncomfortable because they weren't informed in advance that mileage for states other than Nevada and California would be calculated separately, requiring additional payment. “My first but not the last time going here.I had a very positive experience renting a car on short notice because my personal car had to stay in the auto shop over night. I was picked up at the Honda service dealer and got a rental the same day for a compact suv. The rental agent was very knowledgeable and customer service was great.The other rental agent who picked me up was cordial and informative as well. At the last moment, when my car was ready for pick up just 7 minutes before closing, they offered me a ride back to theHonda service center to get my car before it stayed overnight. The rental agents would have to stay a little over their schedule shift yo accommodate me. This was service above and beyond my expectation as I felt that I would have most likely have to call Uber to help me out.”

“We rented a car from Marathon Car Rental this past week. The staff was very friendly and accommodating at the time of pick up, the things could not have gone smoother! We were even given a phone charging cord when I mentioned that the ones we had on hand were not USB.Accommodations were made for us to return the car outside of their hours of operation with no issues at all. They insisted we return it later as it would be more convenient for us.But what really made this experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is the way they handled my call for help after-hours.Half way to LAX we realized that my daughter has left her wallet in the car. I was panicked. The car was locked, we no longer had the keys. No ID, no flying….Uber driver turned around to go back to Marathon Car Rental as I dialed them, not expecting a response. To my surprise, they picked up the phone on Saturday night!!Dave was on his way to unlock the car and let us look for the wallet. We were back on the road to LAX with time to spare.So if you would like to rent a vehicle from a business that cares, Marathon Rental Car is for you!”
“Not sure why this place has any reviews less than than five stars. I have rented from this particular location at least six times and every time each visit outdoes the previous one. From their great customer service to their pre-pickup confirmation they are always on top of it. If I've ever had any issues they have addressed them right away. This last time I went in to pick up my full size sedan and the previous person had stated some sort of issue with the vehicle I was slated to pick up. They immediately notified me and upgraded me to the next vehicle size up free of charge. During this same visit I was running late on the return that was supposed to be done by noon and I called and let them know I was running late and let them know I wouldn't be able to be there by any earlier than 3pm and they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this location to everyone I know.”
