“They did a great job and gave my Benito an extreme makeover. My problem with other groomers is they usually hold my dog for 3+ hours to get groomed and Benito gets anxiety being there so long. here they took 2 hours and when i picked up Benito he seemed happy with no signs of distress.”
“Called around to different groomers t I trim out dogs nails. Only one who would take us at that time. Very clean, nice people dogs were happy after nail trims. I recommend pet scene for any of your needs”

“My doodle's coat can turn into a train wreck in a flash, especially from the tsunami of foxtails and burrs he attracts like a Hoover vaccuum this time of year. Doggie Styles never flinches at the task of getting him silky and back to his handsome self again with a trim that doesn't collect nasties. The biggest plus is that he isn't mad at his groomers when he leaves and that's saying a lot. They're great gals.”

“Debbie is an incredible groomer. You can tell how much she loves her job! My dog was in need of a grooming that included bath and haircut with trimming of nails. She was on time and very welcoming into her place with this newbie. Brownie looked amazing once he was done. His haircut was perfect! He looks like a little teddy bear! So soft and smelling nice. I thought her price was perfect! So leave a nice tip ;) can't wait for Brownie to go back and have another Spaw Day.... Thank you Debbie! ”
“It's not the store but the groomers themselves that create a positive or negative experience. Tikka is a 95 lbs handful. He is a long hair GSD so there is matting issues. He also isn't nice to other dogs and definitely has opinions. They took him in, got him spotless... (note that in the picture he went rolling at the park and had a fight with a leaf pile after his bath because... Being clean wasn't his idea .) They got his nails, cleaned his ears and even clipped down his private areas so he could have less surprises caught in his fur. They did great, treated him exceptionally well and handled his opinions. In fact Tikka liked them. I highly recommend them. Again it's not the store but the staff and this group of women are great.”
“It was my first time coming and the first time my pets had ever been to the vet. Everyone was really patient and considerate of the way my pets reacted (they were clearly uncomfortable and anxious, but did really good!) The vet was really thorough and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, their extra care is out of my price range, but I'm glad I was able to get a check up for my pets because of the free coupon they offered. Overall it was a good experience.”

“My dog Zoey is very fussy about her food. She loves the Turkey and Pumpkin Jerky. I had a concern with one order and called the company. Karen answered the phone and could not have been nicer. She was so receptive and even sent me a replacement and a pen. I have so much respect and confidence in the product and customer support. It means alot to me to have a person answer my concerns directly. As soon as I received the Jerky Dehydrated Turkey Pumpkin, I gave some to Zoey, (shihpoo) and she gobbled it up. So happy to see Zoey enjoy her favorite treat again. Thank you, Pet Jerky Factory.”
