“It's usually a very busy place. My only comment is that they should have a small pull out platform to rest your large purse on. The window area is very narrow, and looking thru my purse once I place it on the narrow platform, it is difficult to go thru. That's my 2 cents worth.”
“As a former employee with 30 years, I just want everyone to know that it is not the individual banking centers that decide how much staff they get. It is the Corporation that dictates the number. Therefore, with the small staff they are allotted, god forbid someone gets sick at that point they are absolutely doomed, and a lot of the times don't even get lunch. So please don't yell at the staff, write to the ceo and express your concerns. They are doing their absolute best with what they are given in each center, and should be appreciated.”
