“I received some lovely Uggs slippers as a gift from my sons from Comfort Shoes during the Holiday season, and was so disappointed that after wearing them for a short time, they separated at the seams. Danielle said the store owner was out for the week, so she said she would find out what they could do and get back to me. She called soon after to say they had my shoes coming in , but not till February, or I could come pick up a comparable pair. I loved the option, and went right in to pick them up. Super Customer Service from Danielle and from the owner as well. Very Happy with the replacement, and will be a return customer!!! Thank You.”
