“Been coming here for years for my expendibles and fog machine rentals. I also saved up money to have a custom on set cart built. It was worth every penny. These guys are always quick to answer and react when you need something. They are also one of the few places to get a 12' wide rolls of seamless.”

“Did not have what I needed. The kid at the specialty counter was not a real help he went back to scolling his phone. Then I thought about a similar thing that I could make work and he was able to find that with no issue. Overall I made it work. Still a great store for selection of products. Miss some of the older more experienced people.”

“Love the rooftop. I mean it’s expensive. It’s restoration hardware. But the quality is there. I went here more out of curiosity while visiting Southern California. Didn’t come here to buy anything but all of the sales associates I met were so sweet. Would come back just to chill on the rooftop again.”

“This is the best hardware store. The staff are so helpful, especially for someone like me who doesn’t have a lot of experience navigating the DIY Projects I ambitiously take on.
I decided to paint my apt and wanted to be riskier. I picked a few samples that didn’t land and almost lost hope. But Brian (sp?) was so encouraging and reassured me to keep going! He was so right and he helped me pick Hasbrouck Brown for my bedroom.
I was coming in every other day for a week and they never got sick of me. Graeme is the paint expert and helped me get setup for success, getting all the right supplies and picking my living room color.
Regardless of the project, every time you walk in there is a friendly face who says: how can I help you? And that just exemplifies how they operate- with kindness and expertise!”
