And I’ve used many different shipping outlets in the US and abroad. She knows her stuff, she’s super nice, she cares about her customers. I would not trust an international shipment to anyone else. “Employees at UPS store #4507 are always greeting you with a smile, they are patient and helpful. I drive far from my house to use that store, because the UPS store near my residence is awful. Employees are rude, speak very fast, never smile, they are not helpful, etc. I love going to store #4507 in Sacramento instead. A big shout out to all the staff there. “Stopped by the UPS Store at Delta Shores to drop off a few Amazon returns, and it ended up being one of those errands that just went smoothly from start to finish. The store itself was super clean and organized, and when I walked in there were no lines -- always a small win when you're just trying to run in and out. The woman working the counter was friendly and efficient, so the whole process moved quickly. One thing I really appreciated was the Amazon return station. Everything was stocked and ready to go, including printer paper in the label printer. That might sound like a small detail, but I've been to a few UPS stores where the printer is out of paper or not working, so it makes a big difference when you're trying to get in and out. Parking at Delta Shores is also easy, which makes this location really convenient for quick stops. Helpful tip: if you're doing Amazon returns and want a fast, hassle-free experience, this is a great location to use.”
“I've always heard that the post lady wasn't very nice or rude, but in my own personal experience she is quite lovely! She always remembers who I am and once she sees me, she grabs my package and has it ready once I step up to the counter! She's also very kind, so no problems there. There aren't many downsides and I've been living in Thornton for about 12 years and the only downside I can think of is that I tend to forget my combination for my box.”
