I liked that the girl let us look at the photos too and decide if we liked it or gave us the option to take another. The problem is when we went to our passport appointment at USPS, the photo was rejected and we had to take another one there. Luckily they guarantee a refund for rejected photos. The return policy was also quick and easy.”

“I went today without an appointment, I knew I had to get there hours before passport services opened at 10:30. Got there at 6:30am, brought my lawn chair, blanket and coffee. ? Around 9, am amazing post office clerk, Dean came out to see if everyone waiting had any questions, proper paperwork and documentation, etc.Well, I didn’t… one of my notarized forms was signed in blue ink instead of black. Grateful for Dean because he helped me schedule a future appointment, and I didn’t have to wait longer for my application to be rejected. Yes waited 3 hours for nothing, missed a day of work but Dean made my day better! Thank you Dean for great customer service!!!”

“I've always heard that the post lady wasn't very nice or rude, but in my own personal experience she is quite lovely! She always remembers who I am and once she sees me, she grabs my package and has it ready once I step up to the counter! She's also very kind, so no problems there. There aren't many downsides and I've been living in Thornton for about 12 years and the only downside I can think of is that I tend to forget my combination for my box.”

“The people out of the 586 area code Michigan location could use better communication and customer skills. I got different answers for pickup and operating hours and not given contact info for the Sacramento location.The people at the Sacramento location were friendly, great customer service, loaded the shipment quickly. They also gave me the Sacramento extension 586-939-7000 958135 and said it was okay to share publicly. I was a walk-in at 4:30 and they were able to accommodate me coming and and were cordial and respectful. Thanks for the great customer service and giving the # to share with others.”

“Update: They fixed the issue and redelivered my package. They had a sub driver and there’s 2 addresses for my address.For some reason USPS is the only delivery service that can’t find my address for packages. Walmart, Amazon, On Trac, FedEx and UPS have all delivered my packages to this address but USPS keeps saying insufficient address. They deliver the mail to this address with no issues, yet once the mail becomes a box they can’t figure out the address. Clarksburg USPS isn’t even going to address that. They just called to tell me to come to the post office which is a 3.5 hr walk and 3.5 hrs back since I don’t have a car right now. I already told the usps rep all of this when I asked if they could redeliver the package.”

“Although the location sets the tone for this store and although Staples doesn't pay employees enough to want to care, for what I use this store for, they are reliable. Printing. Just printing. Biz cards, posters, address labels I use as product labels, etc.. For those services this Staples has delivered on par with the dozen or so other Staples I've used over the years. I wish they offered a similar array of coupons that Walgreens photo and CVS photo offered. But their same day printing is reasonable and the quality is standard.”

“Came here about 30min to closing on a Sunday, even though the line was long and we had to wait about 15-20 min we remained patient as there was only 1 guy working, we felt so bad for him having to handle the high volume of people all by himself. Kudos to BJ Smith (I think that's his name) for keeping calm, collected and patient with the customer that kept coming up and asking him questions about their order they needed help with while trying to get through the line with everyone's Amazon returns. This UPS store is conveniently located inside the grocery store.”

“Honestly this location works and haven’t encountered any major issues in the past few years, but there are a few hiccups:* Lines get to get long so come at non peak times* Use the self service machine whenever you can so you don’t have to wait for the line* if you are shipping packages like most people waiting in line: print your own labels using pirate ship at home to ship packages and avoid the wait!* I used to worry about my dropped off prepaid package getting stolen but now there is a secured drop off bin in the lobby. Very handy* if you are one of the special people sending registered or certified （had to do that sometimes myself) than I feel very bad for you than you need to wait!”
