“There are plenty of units, units are clean and lit on inside, fair prices, big aisles, drive up right to your unit, covered storage for boats, cars, RVs. Worst feature is that gates close at 7 and no entry after that time; secure gate that is code accessed.”

“The only company that sent a representative to my house for a personal evaluation/estimation. Pleasant meeting and very thorough. Scheduled the move on the day we requested. Phoned to see how things were going and asked us to call if we encountered any problems with the movers or any other part of the pickup. Van driver called ahead and arrived on time. Very careful care was taken of our belongings and took every effort to protect our home and property. Driver kept me informed of every phase of the pickup as it was occurring. Documentation was elaborate and effective. I am thoroughly impressed with Casey Moving Systems/United Van Lines. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality in a mover.”

“I've been here 2 yrs and my rate is still the same as the 1st day I moved in. Last place I was at raised my rate 3 times in 6 months and the last 2 times without any letter or text or email, smoke signal, telegraph, nothing. Since it was on auto-pay they thought I wouldn't notice... I moved out that week. FYI it's that place on the frontage road between Ceres and Keys. I went from there to here and I haven't been happier with any storage I've ever had. The gates are open 24 hrs. You gotta enter a code, they're not wide open. I've known other 24 hr places to have all sorts of undesirable individuals running amuck. That's not happening here. This place is secure, clean, affordable, the staff is friendly, and communicative. Theres a free moving truck for new customers and carts to move stuff around once youre here. They also have bottled water, coffee, and snacks in the office... Oh, if you come here, tell them Jason sent you, because, yeah - they do referral credits too.”

“This is a 5 star place to put your stuff in storage. These people went out of their way to help us when our unit leaked on the back wall. There was some water damage to a few boxes, nothing serious. They provided tarps to cover the boxes on that wall and 2 X 6's to get the boxes on the back wall off the floor (the floor was dry). It was not their responsibility to do all that they did, but they went above and beyond. They showed so much care and compassion and it was incredible. The repaired the small leak and everything is good. They did not charge us for any of it. Thank You!!!”

“Martin has been honest, kind and 100% professional the entire time my Dad kept his 5th wheel there. The place has GREAT security and gates in place to protect your property. The neighbors also have a lot of dog at their business so it’s a double effort to get past all those dogs too on the other side of the fence barking and blowing any attempts to break into this place so KUDOS for the security and sense of safety. It was a pleasure having to work with Martin anytime I need to call him. He answered and made sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend encourage anybody with any type of storage needs to come here to Thompson’s RV storage. it’s easy to locate very safe location, professional friendly customer service. The lot is clean, paved, well lit and highly secured.. Give Martin a call and let him know I recommend you”
“Love this storage, I've seen alot of storage units, but none like this, I love their locks and they seem hard to break into. Unit was very clean and completely enclosed, no gaps at the ceiling. Very happy to have chosen extra space storage.
UPDATE! I was completely satisfied with our storage, until this week when there has been alot of issue with getting this boat stored. We cannot waive their liability on it to not need it insured, and had a very hard time finding a company to insure it,finally got it insured and registered and my husband cannot store it because the storage is in my name.. the associate I spoke with was unapologetic that this screwed all out plans up.i cannot give permission for him to store it, I have to make my way over there to change the storage from my name to my husband's. Aparently you cannot co-own a storage here. Im beyond frustrated.”
