“I can’t say enough good things about Bjarne and Elizabeth at the Brookhurst Street branch. From the very first moment I walked in, Bjarne greeted me with the warmest, most genuine smile and made me feel my best banking experience. He took the time to listen carefully, answered every question, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly for me.
Even though this branch is quite far from my house and I literally drive past 2-3 other BMO locations to get here, the exceptional service I received from Bjarne (and later from Elizabeth too) made it an easy decision to keep all of my banking here. “Good location with plenty of parking space.There are 2 ATMs.If you want to open a bank account, they don't prefer if you didn't make the appointment in advance. (I was driving through and wanted to just open a bank account but unfortunately, they asked me to make the reservation even it was no one waiting there at 2pm. So I ended up opening a bank account successfully in other branch.”
