“Flex tube for water fountains and above ground pools is on the second shelf need a latter to access it... always find myself driving a bit farther to lowes even though I always go to home detpo first cause it's closer. Lowes had it accessible even with cutters on the shelf so you didn't have to ask for help..”

“This review is for one specific employee, Johnathan in building materials. We needed help locating a water barrier for tile board . He took the time to walk with us to where the tile supples are on aisle 39 and radioed for assistance to come help us. He left. We waited… no one came. Then we see Johnathan walking towards us, he checked to see if anyone had been there to help us. When he found out nobody had come, he found someone for us.

“This review is for the young man who wears a cap and recently transferred to this location... I sincerely apologize but I cannot recall if his name... possibly Travis or James. I've only seen him in the customer service department. But anyways, I've been to this location twice recently and he is the only one who left a lasting impression/made me compelled enough to write this review (besides this other woman who assisted me during one of the kids workshop days). He has always provided excellent customer care in every way from his level of politeness, attentiveness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond in all that he does. This man definitely shows he loves his job and really cares about customer satisfaction. I honestly think this store would do so much better if he was slated to become a manager someday. Everyone else seems to keep to themselves or just stand there. He's the only one who acknowledges those who enter the store, says hi to people, and ask if they need any help no matter what time of day he is working. Thank you for all that you do and you definitely deserve a raise, recognition, or a promotion!”
“I've been using Mil Spec Heat Treat for over a decade. I see there are a bunch of bad reviews. I have never had an issue with my parts and the service has been good.Most importantly, a long time ago Alastair, knows everything about metal and heat treating.Years ago, I asked "Hey so, I'm trying to make this part, I need it to be within this range hardness and I need it to be straight" They advised me on material to use... and I've never had a problem.Good guys, good company, good work!”
