This location was able to assist and resolve an issue my wife had with her online order. My wife tried calling Loft's customer server number 3 days in a row to get assistance, but no luck since wait times were long, the call back feature doesn't seem to work since they never called back.

Came here to return some clothes I had purchased online and received excellent service from Sebastian and Molly. In fact, I was looking at address that was not part of the sale dresses and they knew how much I wanted one and they were able to mark it down so I could afford it. Love this store!

The Associate was attentive and even suggested items to try on. She also steamed my dress in the store.
