“Really cool shop at the Pacific city Mall. They’ve always got a great selection with our shopping for myself or for a gift. The associates are very friendly and they got some really cool pieces that are even for little ones. I would say there’s nothing else like it in the Pac City.”

“This is my fav UO in the area! The layout of the store is spacious and all of the merchandise is displayed beautifully which makes it too easy to shop. The sales associates are always in the best mood and more than willing to help. The managers here are always friendly and helpful as well. I came in before my online order was ready and the whole team did their best to have my items ready when I got there. There was a little bit of a complication with my order but the manager was amazing at figuring it out. It’s hard to visit any other location when this one is so pleasant!”

“I stopped in after hearing about it on social media. Great location, the store itself is cute, and they sell a ton of jewelry, candles, clothes, accessories. I bought a couple of necklaces, a ring, and a candle. I was interested in trying on a few dresses but found the three employees/sales associates I interacted with to be very unfriendly and I wasn't really comfortable interacting with them any more than I had already. I get the feeling it's that cool girl, exclusive vibe they're going for, and maybe that's awesome for some shoppers. I'd stop in if i were at pacific city but wouldn't make any special trips to go.”

“21/7-2025, I was there looking for the Move Zipper up Jacket, in Size M. Then I went up and asked a worker named ‘Frank’, he helped me by looking it up on the app and he said it would be somewhere in the store. I was in a hurry, cause I needed to make it in time for work. I asked him if he saw the jacket and he could hold it for me. So later after work I headed back to the Store and I went to the cashier girl(Alexia) who was super super sweet if she’s been seeing the jacket or if the jacket has been on hold or any. Suddenly I heard Frank behind me and said that they found the jacket after I left in a hurry for work! I’m so beyond grateful and happy that Frank and Alexia was helping me with positive thoughts and such great customers from these two! I will always remember this moment!!
