“I bought an FX DRS Classic about a week before the Mark II was released/announced. Joe upgraded me to the new model without even being asked and let me know it would be shipped when they arrived in the US after I called in to check on the order. I am now one of the first people around to get to own and shoot this beautiful rifle! There are not many airgun shops around these days, especially on the west coast, but we are lucky to have a great one here! Definitely the place to go if you're in LA or even CA.”

Store is well organized and clean, although the AC system was leaking when I was there and they had a kiddie pool on the floor to collect water. Hopefully that gets fixed soon!
The employees were somewhat distracted with the leak, so not very helpful. The cashier up front looked miserable and was genuinely surprised when I said I would give him my email to save 10%.”

“This Dick’s Sporting Goods location is absolutely massive. They carry an incredible variety of gear and products for pretty much any sport you can think of. I’ve been here a couple of times and have actually had to return a few items, and the process is always seamless.

“This might be long winded, but necessary to express how impressed and thankful I am for this company. I am a novice at ordering equipment but read reviews online on places to order gloves and equipment. So I placed my order online thru their website, after doing much research prior.
The gentleman called me to give me a status of my order, then proceeded to give me a much needed history lesson on all the top glove manufacturers out of Thailand. His kindness and valuable information, along with taking the time to spend 20 minutes on the phone with me chatting, has given me the utmost respect for OTM Fight Shop. I only wish I lived near it so I was able to frequent the establishment in person. The customer service was so far and above the norm for present times.
