“excellent customer service if you ever have an issue, they take care of you and their VIP program allows you to return or exchange any shoe within 90 days of use which is amazing as you know putting a shoe on May feel one way in the showroom and very different out on the road or the trail so I highly recommend their VIP progra”

Recently, I was having an issue with a paddle I purchased long ago, I reached out, and they got me a new one within a week. I was especially grateful, because there is a good chance the issue I was having was self-caused and nothing to do with the paddle! They would be well within their rights to handle this differently.”

“Craftsmen’s time and advice are their stock in trade. Dan Taylor is generous with his time as well as excelling in artisanship. A beginner surfer, I called Dan with questions about a board he had shaped and that I had acquired secondhand. He patiently listened and gave me needed advice. His response to my inquiring about a brand-new board was to first spend time riding what I had before investing in a new surfboard. Much appreciated that he did not make a sales pitch! Fast forward a couple of years. I just took possession of a new board shaped according to my needs. First time out, I was up and riding every wave (truth be told, I missed the first of about a dozen). To say that I was happy would be an understatement. Dan listened to what was causing me problems, where I was surfing, and my self-assessment as to ability. I catch more waves, maneuver the board better, and because I went down on length, have a board that fits inside my car. My original Dan Taylor…It’s about 10 years old and, other than pressure dings, is in great condition. Speaks well to the quality of Dan’s work.Dan Taylor Surfboards—highly recommended!”

“I've always liked big, five, and their deals and selection continue. Everything from the Grand outdoors to indoor sports, activities, shoes, clothing and more. It's a grand store on a medium size footprint. There's also adjoining stores where you can get a bite to eat and shop for your pets. It's a good selection of mini mall shops.”
