Not only were the salad and entrée fresh and delicious and big enough for two, but we also received a sampler with four (!) smaller portions of high-quality desserts. Each and every one was on-point, and big enough to get two nice bites for each of us.
Try to plan getting a meal or three from Tommy while visiting Idyllwild! I can't think of anywhere else that you can get such an absolutely amazing meal for two people under $25-. Thank you, kind sir!

54300 N Circle Dr, Idyllwild-Pine CoveOn a short visit to Idyllwild, Ca. I discovered one of the best donuts shops that I've ever experienced (and I've seen many). It's small husband and wife operation. Amelia and Jim bake all their donuts and pastries fresh everyday. There is a big variety and they are all amazing. If you are ever in that neck of the woods, I would definitely give Amelia's Donuts Bakery Cafe a a try!

I personally got the Reeces Peanut Butter Cookie and it tasted good, a little dry but still good overall. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Everything is good here: the duck, the salmon toasts, the shrimp cocktail, the chicken Alfredo, the pesto pasta with shrimp, the cheesecake. You cannot go wrong. Very cozy atmosphere, lovely servers and owners, and don’t forget to finish your meal with an espresso martini. Only place I’ve seen offer a decaf option. Thank you, Cage Aroma, for your quality and obvious care. You’re a gem.

The strawberries were not very fresh, but overall it was still enjoyable.
I especially liked the Hazelnut Coffee Latte.

Idy Sushi Rolls
25980 CA-243, Idyllwild-Pine CoveOne of the best sashimis I had, hands down! We got the 9pc sashimi (albacore, salmon, yellow fin) and it was so good, fresh, soft and tasted like milk. We also had the pork katsu and beef teriyaki bowl which were both delicious. Serving size is huge and share between the two of us. We even took some of the katsu and teriyaki home.
Service was quick and very friendly. The chef/owner even went out to check on us. This was a perfect meal after our 5.2mi hike.
