I have a minature schnauzer and shes a bit of a diva, Ruben is the only groomer to never have issues and has her looking spectacular. I just rescued another schnauzer out of a bad situation and Reuben was able to get him in last minute. Also did an amazing job as the previous owner left the dog in bad shape, hes now quite a little handsome fellow. You would be doing a disservice to your pets not taking them to Reuben. I cannot say enough good things.

The moment it happened I texted Dave about it and he responded right away. He said he could have it fixed up and have someone pick it up the next day! I don't live in Palm Desert but he said he could have a delivery driver come pick it up at my house in Irvine. Such relief! I highly recommend their services and products/dryers!

74300 CA-111, Palm DesertI brought my very anxious chiweenie in for a nail trim and warned the staff ahead of time that she can be extremely difficult. They immediately reassured me and told me to walk in anytime. Colton took her right away, and as expected, she put up quite a fight. She even ended up soiling herself—and the staff—during the process.
Despite that, everyone was incredibly kind and patient. They gave her a complimentary bath, treated her gently, and made sure she felt comfortable the entire time. She came back to me clean, calm, and with her nails trimmed perfectly short.
If you have a nervous or challenging dog, this is absolutely the place to go. They truly take the time to do things right and handle pets with compassion. Thank you, Colton, for going above and beyond.

Yet Brittany and Brandy at Super Mutts are absolute professionals. Every three weeks, they work their magic and make Violet look absolutely BEAUTIFUL.
Violet is nearly eight years old and has been groomed by several groomers across different states, but she has never looked more stunning than she does after leaving Super Mutts. Brittany and Brandy are exceptionally professional, warm, kind, and accommodating, and their genuine love for dogs shines through in everything they do.
They are simply the very best, and I give them my highest possible recommendation!

My cat is having issues with over grooming and she was quickly able to diagnose that it was probably a food allergy. My baby was less than thrilled to be at the vet (spicy spice) and her team was able to handle him so that he could get his examination quickly. I appreciated that she said that it was probably a food allergy when she could’ve pushed for expensive skin testing and or blood tests when it seems to not be necessary. Otis went home with a new prescription food and some ointment, and also some calming meds for his next visit and I would say the price was extremely fair. I will be bringing him & his brother here for future treatments.

What initially felt overwhelming quickly became structured and manageable under Brooke’s guidance. She has a unique ability to simplify complex behavior work while still maintaining a high standard of training.
The transformation has been remarkable. Not only did Journee’s reactivity significantly improve, but we also reached a level of off-leash reliability we didn’t think was possible. Successfully passing our Voice & Sight Tag was a major milestone and a direct reflection of Brooke’s expertise.

My girl is “little Layla” and she loves seeing all of her friends here, including the staff. I am such a helicopter mom, but I know my girl is in such great hands here. Everyone is so beyond pleasant and kind. I keep a little peep on her from time to time when she’s in the Village Pup’s care and she always has a waggy tail. When I say “are you ready for buh byes to go see your fwends?” She knows exactly what that means. Both her and I are always happy to come here. We use them every time we arrive from out of town and we feel safe leaving her there and know she’s in good hands so we can go out and do what we need to do without worrying about her safety. The price is great and the extra evening hours are also wonderful in case we want to go out to dinner or something and can’t take her with us since we go there for vacation we want to actually ENJOY a few hours of vacation without the dog! Hahahah and it’s nice to be able to drop her off and not have to dote on her for a few hours since she’s so spoiled. We also use them for nail trims while she’s there

Oceana Palm Desert was infinitely better than Oceana Rancho Mirage. I hope the Oceana Rancho Mirage folks will get their act together and get up to the standard of excellence I experienced at Oceana Palm Desert

Really cute English Harry Potter decorations and there are some nice benches but the dessert is amazing. Keylime pie is the best I’ve ever had and this amazing and flaky berry open croissant and nice service. Delicious iced tea, variations and lavender coffee, and drip coffee. I loved the asian glazed chicken wings with buttered rice! The owner Mona is also so nice. The jumbo crabcake eggs Benedict was so delicious with hashbrowns and sausage on the side.
