I have a minature schnauzer and shes a bit of a diva, Ruben is the only groomer to never have issues and has her looking spectacular. I just rescued another schnauzer out of a bad situation and Reuben was able to get him in last minute. Also did an amazing job as the previous owner left the dog in bad shape, hes now quite a little handsome fellow. You would be doing a disservice to your pets not taking them to Reuben. I cannot say enough good things.

74300 CA-111, Palm DesertI brought my very anxious chiweenie in for a nail trim and warned the staff ahead of time that she can be extremely difficult. They immediately reassured me and told me to walk in anytime. Colton took her right away, and as expected, she put up quite a fight. She even ended up soiling herself—and the staff—during the process.
Despite that, everyone was incredibly kind and patient. They gave her a complimentary bath, treated her gently, and made sure she felt comfortable the entire time. She came back to me clean, calm, and with her nails trimmed perfectly short.
If you have a nervous or challenging dog, this is absolutely the place to go. They truly take the time to do things right and handle pets with compassion. Thank you, Colton, for going above and beyond.

Kacey gets them out of the carrier and proceeds to clip their nails without them fussing. They are never fearful of her and I am always amazed and pleased. Since they won't allow me to clip their nails I would be lost without Kacey and the Pampered Pet.

Non, and I mean non compared to Brooke’s abilities. I’ve trained too many house pets over the years, worked with a rescue and fostered over 14 dogs in a year. Some had severe issues and some were super easy. But, I am not a professional and I know when I need to hire one. We’ve used a few and one literally scared the SHIT out of our Dog saying he needed to put himself in a place of dominance with our dog. We came to Brooke after doing a lot of sue diligence. I read up on her, read reviews, watched videos and we decided to hire her. Brooke with all kinds of dogs and dog issues. She works with all kinds of dog issues, aggressive, anxiety, not pulling on tje leash. Easier to say “she does it all”. She also trains Service dogs, some as puppies and some like our dog as a specific task Training to assist my husband who is handicapped. Brooke went to Vet school and it’s nice to know if something were to happen, I feel confident that Brooke would know exactly what to do and when. I dont know of any other Trainers with her credentials. So- if you are wanting a phenomenal trainer Brooke is the only call I would make! I am a real client and I wrote this message. My girl is “little Layla” and she loves seeing all of her friends here, including the staff. I am such a helicopter mom, but I know my girl is in such great hands here. Everyone is so beyond pleasant and kind. I keep a little peep on her from time to time when she’s in the Village Pup’s care and she always has a waggy tail. When I say “are you ready for buh byes to go see your fwends?” She knows exactly what that means. Both her and I are always happy to come here. Thank you to all of the staff, because you guys are so awesome, truly. We both love you all !

So many fresh and bright flavors. The shrimp was moist and tasty, and the sauce was delicious. The creamy guacamole had a garlic taste that was a little strong, but it was still good. Oceana Palm Desert was infinitely better than Oceana Rancho Mirage. I hope the Oceana Rancho Mirage folks will get their act together and get up to the standard of excellence I experienced at Oceana Palm Desert
