The atmosphere was calm compared to other VCA facilities I have been in and the Dr.Horwitz was awesome with our patient and my small human who loves that hamster. She came highly recommended by another vet in the valley as well. Here she is taking her meds happily.

Palm Springs Animal Hospital
4771 East Palm Canyon Drive East, Palm SpringsWe are not regulars of this vet and had to take our cat here after an emergency. We called more for an end of life consultation, but after some consultation with Dr. Henein, we got some x rays and ended up opting for an emergency surgery the next day to remove a tumor from his colon/intestine. They got him in to surgery within 24hrs of our visit and ended up saving his life. They called during the surgery, after, and multiple times every day following. They went beyond what I’d expect and the communication was amazing. They absolutely saved our cat and even the surgeon that helps out but isn’t a part of this practice called multiple times to check on him. The only negative thing I could mention would be the cost, but I don’t imagine that surgery would have been any less expensive anywhere else. I highly recommend this place for the compassion, professionalism and especially communication!

The food was excellent. We all indulged in a mai tai, they were perfect. We can't wait to dine here again. The atmosphere was great, our server was very pleasant. The manager even came over to ask how everything was and asked if we needed anything.

The night was winding down during closing time and we had a nice long chat with our server who gave us lots of insights into the Purple Room and Palm Springs as a whole. Food was great and reasonably priced at $59 for a 3 course menu. And we can't forget about the main reason why we were there - for the jazz! The quartet was so good and great dinner music. There are not a ton of places left like this - especially in the desert. Come support the Purple Room!
