Oil Change
“The staff here is always amazing. Extremely pleasant and professional and always go above and beyond to help me, I live down the street so I am here often. They are great!”
“Mauro was great.. came in for an oil change and tire rotation for my sequoia. Made a few recommendations for things that I should be weary about. Will definitely come back for future services, Gracias Mauro”
“Went to Pacific Star Auto today young man was so nice and friendly and took time to explain the cost of the services gave us a discount on our first visit we appreciate your honesty
for the memories of one of my brother car.
sincerely appreciate it Maribel G.”
“Great customer service. I appreciate their honesty, if they cannot complete the service in a timely manner they politely tell you and don't make you waste your time, like other places that tell you it will only take 20 minutes and keep you waiting for hrs just to take your money. Previously customer of Discount tires for years, but now have made the switch.”
“My husband and I have both taken our cars here for tires and agree they are reasonable, fair, honest and efficient! Highly recommend taking your car here for your tire or car repair needs :)”
“I have taken my car here twice now and I’ve always been so happy. The workers are very respectful and explain things to me very well. They also send you photos for your inspection so you know they aren’t just making issues up. I will be taken my car here for now on.”

“John and Leo were fantastic! John knew to replace the glove compartment filter on my jeep which has been there since manufacturing despite countless other oil changes and services! Can always count on knowledge and kind technicians with Valvoline, especially on our Navy base. Thanks for the great work you do! Will definitely be back :)”
“This place is outstanding in customer service and efficiency. Abel was the first one to help us. He did a great job with excellent customer service! They have great prices as well…thank you to the Welch’s team!”
“Totally forgot his name, I apologize, (I think it’s KEMP) but older gentlemen that’s been there many years always helps us out & gets us in & out in a timely manner. Love the service & quality ! Always my go to for an oil change.”
“Excellent service. I really appreciated Elder coming short notice and fitting me in his schedule. I paid $80 for a bolt housing rethreading. In my case he was upfront and honest regarding the service ($80 if he can rethread it with a tap, or $160 if it needed a helicoil). Many other mobile mechanics wanted to charge more. I feel as though he priced it fairly and even gave me some tips on finishing the work myself.”
“If you are looking for quick and friendly oil change, this is the place! This is my third time coming here and once again it was a great experience. Glenn and Sebastian were the main contact this time, but to be honest, the whole crew of guys are really great. Definitely recommend them!!!”

Oil Change
“AMAZING - EXCELLENT - GREAT - I had spent 4 days, many, many hours looking for a diesel fuel filter for a 1973 USN 15KW Generator with a White, 4 cylinder diesel engine. If not for OIL FILTER SERVICE I would have had to install a completely new diesel fuel filter assembly. I showed Archie the filter case and he walks into the back room. 3 minutes later, as if by magic, he walks out with a Fram C14APB filter element, which Fram no longer makes. But of course he also gives me the only current manufacturer of the filter element (Baldwin PF 906).Wonderful people, and EXCELLENT SERVICE, and a real knowledge of the filter business. What an absolute pleasure doing business with a company like this !!!My little filter only costs me $7.63 plus tax.But they treated the same as if I was a $1,000 customer !!!!This is a company that represents the old fashion way of doing business !!!OIL FILTER SERVICE is now my go to source for filters.”
“The staff is always friendly, they’re open every day with extended hours, I never have to wait in line and they are super quick with oil change services.”
“honestly didnt expect much from the drive through wash but my car looks amazing it got the soap off the tires way better than teh last place i went legit such good service”
“Matthew, Alonzo, and Ricky are the best team of 3 to ever walk this planet. Got my oil changed quick, took care of everything, and made the whole experience easy. These guys are different. Valvoline is lucky to have them.”
“Carlos and Natasha were my te HD and both were super helpful. Natasha helped guide me and explains what needed to be done and why, and Carlos took the time to take out 50 screws to get to my cabin air filter. Overall great service!”
“I liked Miguel who shared information on where I could get a smog check to hopefully get my 94 GMC registration for the next two years. Frank's Mobile mechanic out of El Cajon refused to fix the problem he created after replacing my in the tank fuel pump and not helping me when the fuel line started leaking gas and air.”
“I stopped by on the recommendation of a friend. I needed a smog check for my older car. There were two persons ahead of me, but the business owner and the smog technician were fast and efficient. I had my smog certification in less than an hour. I will definitely visit again. They are friendly and courteous, and they got the job done.”
“Place is hidden. But service is quick painless and priced right. Would be 5 stars but they don't answer the phone you need to just show up. Cycle gear in Chula Vista is a joke come here instead for tires at least.”
“I cannot speak highly enough about 1st Stop Car Care. I had an issue with my Acura RDX that no one including the dealer could figure out. They all had high cost solutions that did not make sense. I was introduced this place by another customer who travels 25 mi to only do business with this place. I gave them a shot and I was not disappointed. They diagnosed the problem which was simply new tires. This is my go-to place for servicing my cars.”
“I've been coming here for years, four cars now.
Cost a bit more but worth it in my opinion.
Get the tidal wave and you can see and feel the difference”
“For a busy Sunday they provided exceptional service hands down no questions asked straight to the point did everything I asked nothing else no small talk get the job done even had a good experience with the guy updating my phone number so that next time I come in for service when they're done they can text me”
