“It’s a mail store. How special can it be? Very special. For one particular reason that separates it from all the others I’ve used - transparency. The system monitor faces out for the customer to see - so you can see in real time everything is being entered corrected and every shipping and pricing option that’s available. They’re also quick, efficient and extremely friendly so that’s a plus. But the aforementioned accolade is what really sold me. Well done, guys!”

“What a fabulous group of people! Everyone is always friendly and very helpful. Never a long wait and if you do have to wait there is always something fun to look at. Nothing better than a family business helping out other small businesses! Will use them ever time I have to mail anything out for mine! Thank you!”

“Kayleigh (hope I spelled it right) provided great customer service. I decided to go to Absolutely Postal, After leaving a postal annex store a few mins prior. The reason was, the worker at the postal annex told me I had to buy a WHOLE roll of packaging tape to seal my box, because he could not seal it for me. I believe due to me having pre paid shipping label, the postal annex worker knew he wasn't making a sale off me...Back to Absolutely Postal! Kayleigh greeted with a smile, sealed up my box and printed my receipt. I will continue to go to this location, they always provide great customer service no matter what tlu need. Sorry for the never leaving a review... yesterday's experience with BAD businesses makes you realize a good thing! Thanks again”

“My partner and I were having such a hard time dealing with fed ex and their horrible service that we were blessed to find Travis who was extremely helpful and informative at this location. They were able to accept our e-bike for return shipping and make the last step easy which we really appreciated. Even though we got there minutes before closing, he still patiently took the time to get us notarized for our domestic partnership immediately after that. We really appreciate all the help. Looking forward to doing business with you in the future. Thank you (:”

“I called on a late afternoon in a panic because my son left something very important at home and he was already in Arizona. He was thinking of driving back home to the Coachella Valley when I thought that maybe UPS could help. When I called, a very polite gentleman answered the phone, answered all my questions and calmed my panic. I arrived at the UPS store at 3:30pm and my son received the package in Arizona at 11:00am the next day. Amazing customer service and the employees are top notch!”

“Highly recommend this place. The employees are great especially Diana. She was so much help. She even stayed open a little bit later. Just to help me, and I really appreciated that she was very, very helpful in every aspect possible. Also, Chris is wonderful too, but I have to give a shout out to Diana because she was so so helpful and again, I apologize for keeping your store open a little bit later, but yes, highly recommend.”
