“Staff is friendly and helpful. Branch is very busy especially on Fridays. You have to make an appointment if you want to see a banker. Only glitch I had was once I needed a Notary and they didn't have one. But they called me after I made the appointment and told me to make one at LaQuinta instead. It was nice they called me before I drove over for nothing”

“Today I came into the bank and yes it was a little busy and I tellers were backed up, but I still think that we got outstanding service. One of the customers ended up complaining and started recording on their Snapchat about how they hated the bank. The manager that was on duty put a stop to her immediately and escorted her out of the bank. Honestly when you walk into a bank you know that there could be dangers all around you, but this manager really made me feel at ease and I knew that she had each and every one of our backs. I did not get her name but she was a young hispanic woman. Thank you very much for all your support and protecting our identities.”
