“I had an excellent experience at T-Mobile thanks to Adrien. I came in with my dad on 7/3 at around 6:00 PM to purchase a new phone for him and Adrien made the entire experience outstanding. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything very clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision.

It is not easy to get assistance at this store .Thanks to it's excellent location right by SoFi Stadium and Kia Forum and few choices that are open after events are over and people are waiting to get picked up might be reason why this store can remain open...”
“Armando the security guard was such a blessing when we walked in to target. He was very joyful when he greeted us; and right before we left I told him thank you. There's days when we don't always have the strength in us to get out of bed or even step out the house because you're going through something. So thank you once again Armando, for putting on a smile and saying welcome to the huge crowd and I, when we walked in. I pray in Jesus name that the Lord continues to bless every area of your life and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. 🙏🏽 we almost never know when someone is going through something, even those who have a smile on their face.

“considering the unique situation that I find myself in (organized stalking) they have always treated me with respect. They have chosen not to believe the lies that are spread within my community and judged me on my own merits. Sometimes I'm short a couple of bucks and they'll allow me to make it up next time. (you really never see that anymore) Disregard other reviews mentioning racism, I just haven't seen that even once in my 8 months frequenting this particular location.”

“I’m a returning customer and have purchased a refrigerator here in the past. Recently, I came back and bought an air conditioner, and it works beautifully—it keeps my room nice and cold and feels amazing. It also has a heater function, though I probably won’t need that part.
Jessica assisted me and provided excellent customer service. She was kind, sweet, respectful, and very welcoming. Andrew also helped my son try to find a PS5 Pro, and even though they didn’t have it, he went out of his way to do everything he could to help.
Overall, the service here is always great. The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home. I’ll definitely be returning again to purchase another air conditioner in the future.”

“I had never thought to stop at this particular location but I'm so happy I did. Since this pandemic, every 7/11 location I have visit made it seem like slurpees would not be served for a while. I found it to be understandable but I also wondered why the employee themselves couldn't make the slurpees for the customer. Bessy, Nelly and Linda know what to do to keep their customers happy. They had the slurpee cups behind the counter and when a customer would inquire about the slurpee, they are willing to make them. I thought this was so awesome!!! They were very polite and hard working. The store was very clean, organized and well stocked. Parking is shared on property along with the gas pumps. So you just have to be careful coming in and out. This is officially one of the best locations. No lazy employees here!!!”
“I gave four stars because the wait is always a little long but otherwise the workers are very helpful my aunt is a senior citizen and has a very hard time understanding technology and she can be tricky to deal with because she gets confused about her phone, and her bill but they were patient with us both and the service was great”
