“Been in this complex for a little over a year and wanted to leave a review before my lease ends in two months. It’s been a great experience living here. The leasing office was super helpful when I was signing my lease, especially since I was moving from out of state. The office/maintenance is also very responsive and resolves any maintenance issues within two days. I’ve called for urgent matters and they have come resolve it within the same day. Everyone I’ve met in the office and maintenance are very nice and it has been easy living here. Quiet complex, plenty of guest parking (during normal hours) and there is even space in individual garages for storage.”

“Jose is a kind maintenance person and is excellent at what he does. He very promptly replaced our entire dishwasher after having to haul it up two flights of stairs by himself! He was also very thorough in his efforts, showing me that the dishwasher was fully functional (no longer leaking, fixed open/close hinge, completed a cycle as expected).”

“Always clean and good amenities and let friendly. But seriously, what’s up with the fire alarms? This is the third or fourth time this year I’ve sprung out of bed with my heart jumping out of my throat at the sound of an ear piercing fire alarm going off at 4 am. It’s pouring rain outside and it’s just pretty unpleasant honestly. I never had this problem at my other apt. The maintenance is responsive I’ll give them that. Steve the plumber fixed my issue with my sink very quickly I was very happy about it.”
