Alex was incredibly patient, helpful, and proactive, and even upgraded me to the top-tier wash at no extra cost to make sure my car actually got clean. When the tanker is making a deposit of black gold or whatever color petrol is (probs colorless, pfft), then there is less availability for the many cars vying for a spot on the last stop before the toll roads and 5fwy beyond. Even worse when any pump is out of service. Get that ish fixed peeps!”

“This gas station is really good when you need to stop somewhere quick and grab some gas. One of the things I love about it is it's right next to a Carl's Jr so it makes it really easy for me to stop and get some food as well. Plus I love the fact that the sodas are very carbonated and they actually taste real. I bought a big go Pepsi and it was really deliciousThe person that works behind the store is also really nice. He's the one who's behind the register. He does a really good job of making sure he gets all the customers in and out so the line does not start to back up. I hate when I go to gas stations and the line is super long”

“I don't know what the whinging is about. It's a fkn gas station. Not a spa. The access is easy. In and out with very large driveways and a huge allowance around the edges of the station for the plaza traffic to weave around. For fk sake don't park in front of the pumps to do your shopping inside. Pump your gas then park your car somewhere else so others can get in. IT'S A GD PARKING LOT FFS. Go park like a decent human being. Good station. I never go inside. Pumps work. People are entitled A-holes. Rant over.”

“I am a regular customer at the Chevron here on Culver Blvd and Irvine Center Drive. This is always one of the best locations that has the least amount of traffic. It's always extremely clean inside and out by the pumps, the trash, and the bathrooms. I have a neighbor, Khem, (pronounced like "kem") and he works at the station here. He and the other gentlemen are always extremely friendly and nice. I always enjoy briefly hanging out and chatting with Khem and the guys. The location is again very clean, safe, and I highly recommend it if you need to stop by for a quick fill up!! Recently, Chevron has started a "points" club and you can save on the first 3 fill ups a dollar off each gallon!! I highly recommend it!! Come in and ask my friend Khem about it and he'll get you signed up quick and easy!!”

“The worker here did me a real solid, dramatically improving my day.I was trying to track down my wallet, which I had realized I didn't have upon arriving in SD but I knew I had used to buy gas that morning. The wallet had disappeared either here or in San Juan Capistrano. The employee at first told me I'd need a court order to look at video footage, but, when heard I was looking to check I wasn't crazy rather than persecute anybody, he went through the trouble to find the footage and prove to me I had brought my wallet with me into the car before driving away. Losing your wallet is always stressful, and his choice really improved how I regarded myself. Ultimately, I learned my wallet had been stolen, and thanks to his help, I knew it was stolen because I had been mildly rather than grossly careless with it.”

“VERY GOOD CAR WASH ! My wife's Tesla Y needed a good clean inside and out due to our recent house move to Irvine. This Shell car wash looked the goods so we headed over here on Saturday. I went inside to see what our car wash options were and the prices. A lovely lady named Neilly the assistant manager told me $9 - $16 - $19..for basic clean, clean plus wax, clean plus wax and clean underneath. I thought the $16 option was the right one. We entered the car wash and it seemed like a pretty good clean. FREE VACUUMING was included in our price so we took advantage of that and thoroughly cleaned the inside of my wife's car. GOOD JOB !”

“For some reason, I always get lucky when I have to fill up my tank because I go around 4:30~5pm and there’s very little line. But even when there’s a line, its not too bad to wait a bit. My go-to gas station since it is close to my workplace (Lake Forest)”
