“I have been to Euro car doctor 3 times. This is a location you can generally trust technically and pricewise. They have good technical knowledge of my car and offering competitive pricing for their service. The only negative experience I had was scheduling my first appointment with them. In their commercials they advertised walk-ins are welcome and once I drove there they said they do not accept walk-in and I had to schedule a new time. At my first experience with them at the time of check out they did not deliver the car by the time they committed and I had to wait there for more than one hour. The next two experience was good and satisfactory. Generally, I recommend this place for your car service and maintenance.”

“Monsouir greeted me as I walked in and he was very kind and sweet. I arrived at 8a when they opened and he told me it would be about 10 minutes before they got started. He invited me to write my information down and relax on the outside patio while I waited.
He even made a fresh brew of coffee that was so good! It turned out to be a nice pick-me-up and energy booster for my day!
He took care of me in 30 minutes flat, my Smog Check passed inspection and Auto Check Center just found them a new regular!!

“What a great find! Grand auto works reviews are all true.. I went to them today to fix a problem with my passenger side window regulator motor on my Honda Element. It's been 2 weeks worrying and the dealer was too high of a price and 2 window companies never got back to me. I called Ryan on Thursday and I got an appointment Fri morning. He discussed 2 different solutions. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and such a fair reasonable price, I finally found a good hearted place, that cares about quality, service and fair pricing. I'm so excited I found this place. While there I overheard him talking to customers and he was not trying to fix something that did not need it yet. His customers really like this place bc he doesn't rip you off. He's so chill and so is the whole place, modern and enjoyable waiting. I'm so impressed. “Dear people, as we all know in life you need a good lawyer, good doctor , good dentist and for sure honest and good mechanic, l found this shop after moving from Carlsbad called KARKRIB. I can tell everyone without the doubt this shop owner (daughter, on site ) and the mechanic Javier are the two most honest kind and professional people you can meet in this industry, and you know what l mean right ? Right off back they identified the problem in my Mercedes ( They also work extensively on BMW) Gaven me the price which was 30% less than the other shop l went to , Javier is a gentlemen and fantastic mechanic , knows ins and outs of the cars. Repaired it and as a courtesy he also installed a cabin filters l had purchased and was a very difficult job in this model took him a long time without saying a word . I felt really bad asking him to do this , l had no idea , but greatly appreciated his kindness, give these people a try l promise you they will be fair and professional. “Parker came out was very efficient and thought ahead that I may want to change my rotors that were in 1/2 mm of needing to be replaced. Brought with him upgraded rotors better than oem. Cost was a fraction of Mercedes dealer. Very convenient to have service at your location.
Their service vehicle is fully equipped to give same quality work you would get in a dealers shop. Definitely will make EZ-Brake for all my auto brake needs.”
