“Zumiez is my go-to spot for all things skate and streetwear! The store always has an awesome selection of clothes, shoes, and gear from top brands, and the vibe is super chill. The staff is really friendly and always willing to help you find what you're looking for, whether it's the latest sneakers or a new skateboard deck. They're knowledgeable and never pushy, which makes for a great shopping experience. If you're into skate culture or just love cool, casual style, Zumiez is the place to be. Five stars all day!”
“Big shoutout to Amare!(I think I spelled that right lol) I placed a same day order pickup and decided to catch the new Chainsaw Movie late. My family was supposed to grab my order but didn’t so I had to rush over. I called and not only was she incredibly accommodating but she also told me that if I get there a little late she would still get me my order so I can wear the shirt to the new movie! When I got there like 5 minutes before closing, it was already in hand and she told me to enjoy the movie and that I would like it. I can see why she is a manager there because she is amazing! “Five stars! And they didn't even have the shoe I wanted. Let me explain...I bought a pair of oxblood 1461's in 1993 from a store in Manchester England. After 30 years of use, I recently walked a hole through the toe in the leather and not the sole. I know. Unbelievably reliable shoe.Needless to say, I wanted another pair and went to the local shop. Told my story to Sydney (hopefully I spelled it right) who immediately explained the Made in England vs. other manufacturer locations, quality etc. Set about to find my replacements, and...they didn't have them.Instead of saying "oh well, sorry" and heading off to another customer on what was a very busy night with lots of people wanting help, she went to find another 1461 in my size to try on and be sure the fit was right. Then Sydney helped me determine how to find the right shoe online and offered extras to make my new shoes less painful during the break in period. (Those of you who wear Docs know what I am talking about!)I was so impressed by the customer service I went and told the managers how awesome Sydney was.Docs are awesome and so is the staff and service at this location. Go buy from them! They deserve your business.”

“Great customer service and conversation always in this store. The brand is a premium brand, and the employees always go the extra mile. In the last few months I've had great interactions and help. Today Robby, was super helpful and went the extra mile. Good energy, good info and was chill. They have high quality products at all times and worth the price! They have a wide variety of socks and underwear for both genders. And then some other clothing. I'm a fan of this brand. Always had their socks but recently wanted a change with underwear. And that's where I went with stance. And my favorites are the poly blend and cotton. Great material and feels amazing. To be honest I was against paying more for underwear whether it's for chilling at home, going on dates or working out- I needed an upgrade for feel and durability. Stance is the brand.”

“I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional customer service one of your employees provided this past month. When Volcom Online store had its sale for 40% off on wetsuits, I decided to try wearing a Volcom wetsuit for the first time. I've always worn a men's Medium/Short in every other brand, but when I ordered three MS wetsuits from Volcom (2mm, 3/2mm, and 4/3mm), I discovered they were all slightly too big. I was able to order the 2mm replacement in a size small online, but the 3/2 and 4/3 smalls were out of stock online. I called the Volcom store at Irvine Spectrum and Shep (Shepherd Edwards, Volcom Irvine Store Manager)... answered the phone. He was so incredibly helpful! Over the course of the next couple of days, he called stores around the state and country and obtained the other two replacements with no additional effort on my part. He acted promptly and always followed up with me regarding updates on the status of my replacements. I have been so disappointed with the customer service of certain other surfing retail establishments in recent years that I was floored by his professionalism and promptness. I asked him for his full name and the name of his manager so I could take a moment to express my appreciation. And the size small fits just right, by the way! Really enjoying the 4/3 now that the water temp has dropped a bit! Thanks again to Shep!”

“H&M always has whatever it is I'm looking for. The price is fair for the quality imo. Don't expect something that costs $10 to hold its color, or maintain its size because it won't. If you're ok with a rotating wardrobe then you can't go wrong with H&M. Btw the map marker for this location is way off. It's not in Irvine in Lakeside Middle Schools field. Hopefully that gets fixed.”
“Urban Outfitters is always a go-to for me! This store has such a cool vibe, and the selection of clothes, accessories, and home goods is unbeatable. Whether you're looking for trendy pieces or something more unique, they've got it all. The store is always well-organized and easy to navigate, and the staff is super friendly and helpful without being overbearing. I love how they keep everything fresh and up-to-date, so there's always something new to check out. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop! Five stars!”

“This past weekend, my daughter and I went to the store at the Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, California to purchase her dress for her upcoming Senior Prom.
We were immediately welcomed warmly to the store and asked if we needed assistance by Miss Haley. She asked my daughter a few questions about color and styles, and they were off to selecting a special dress for the special occasion!
She took the time, care, and knowledge/experience to select six (6) lovely dresses with various styles for my daughter to try out and ensured we had a fitting room after a very short wait.
After trying on everything, a decision was made, and my daughter and I left with both the dress and some pretty earrings to match!
From beginning to end, Miss Haley was very attentive to not only us, but every client she was assisting while we were there - this was a short glimpse into her dedication to excellent customer service for the Windsor brand!
In summary, she was not only a delight to interact with, but very professional and efficient!! Miss Haley is an asset to Windsor, and we wish her all the best at your company and in life!”

Jennifer and Junior went above and beyond to help me find a gift for my wife. She asked for something specific, and they knew exactly what she wanted. They were helpful the entire time I was there, and were so personable from beginning to end. They certainly deserve a raise and some praise. “Yesterday I decided to do a little shopping before the rains would keep me from going outdoor shopping. I saw an awesome skirt in the window @ Cotton On . I tried on size 2 . I wanted to wear it lower almost at my hips . Carlos came to my rescue. He was able to take the size I needed off the mannequin. While I went to go try that size on , Carlos put a different size on the mannequin. Unfortunately the second skirt I tried on was the right size but when I asked if it would shrink when I washed . Carlos said very possibly it would. Once again poor Carlos had to take off another skirt again off the mannequin. Luckily for me Carlos so do patient with me . I was able to purchase the size skirt i needed. I felt bad that Carlos had to do so much for me . I felt it was important to know that Carlos went above and beyond for me . I feel like he would do this for all his customers. It's all about making his customers happy so they can keep coming back . Fernando was also very helpful. He took ge time to sign me up for the rewards program. Thank you Fernando. Carlos I can't thank you enough for your service!”
“I really love this store. I have such a hard time finding clothes that I like, this is quite literally the only store I’ve found where I can walk around and buy multiple things that I love. I’m bad at fashion in general, so I asked the sales lady for a few tips and suggestions (like “what would go with these pants?”) and she was very helpful. I don’t remember her name, but I was there Tues 8/20 at about 10:30am, so whoever was working then.

“The merchants here are so helpful, they have assisted nearly all of my family members find clothes for my wedding. The prices are reasonable and proportional to the materials and complexity of the stitchwork. When this style of clothing was so new to my family, they were super helpful in answering any questions, and had no problem digging through the shelves to find a specific thing to fit my family's criteria. They were not pushy to get a sale either. I would (and have) recommend this store to anyone.”
