“My first time going to Grocery Outlet. I liked that the store had so many different aisles of items. The pricing was definitely a lot less than your regular box stores. I was told by a friend that they offer discounted items for items that were closer to expiration, but I found that the items still had 2-3 years of shelf life! I was overwhelmed by how much they offered, so it took me a bit of time to sift through the store, but I like that they offer so much.

They have produce, frozen items, seasoning, dry goods, toiletries, kitchen tools and more. I loved that everything was at a discounted price, so you don't feel as bad for buying certain things. I did not go in with a shopping list since I was just exploring, but the next time I go, I plan on going with a list of items that I need missing in my pantries or just some everyday items.

I liked that everything was brightly colored with signs and the pricing was neatly shown, so you know what price you're paying for all the different items. The employees were very helpful in pointing me to certain products in the aisles. You could truly get lost just looking at the many things that they have!”

“This is a Japanese supermarket filled with all kinds of containers, fresh flowers, and decorative items. Most of these items are small and delicate, with exquisite designs. As an art student, this is one of the few supermarkets that truly delights me.”
