“I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom designed at this shop. While I had one experience at the time, my experience going in today was so refreshing. Christina promptly attended to my repair (removing the beads to re-size the bands). I also inquired about whether it needed a deep clean and replating the white gold. she took a look at my rings and gave me honest feedback on the service that needed to be done. Not only that but the jeweler on site was able to complete the repair while I waited. They were also able to assist with a necklace that I purchased elsewhere needing a small repair. Although Christina was in an appointment, she treated me with patience and respect and didn’t rush me with my questions which will absolutely keep me as a repeat customer. “The merchants here are so helpful, they have assisted nearly all of my family members find clothes for my wedding. The prices are reasonable and proportional to the materials and complexity of the stitchwork. When this style of clothing was so new to my family, they were super helpful in answering any questions, and had no problem digging through the shelves to find a specific thing to fit my family's criteria. They were not pushy to get a sale either. I would (and have) recommend this store to anyone.”
“We purchased a ring for our son for Christmas. Package arrived on time with nice packaging. Ring turned out better than showcased on website. We were really impressed with the product. What impressed us more is their customer service. We thought we had to resize the ring and contacted their customer service department. Zack replied swiftly with detail explanations of exchange process and are so willing to work with us for in person exchange. All in all, we would highly recommend this company and their products, and will be purchasing more in the future.”

“This review is regarding the customer service I recently received at my local Brighton store in Irvine. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Citlaly Torres. She was both professional & engaging. I was looking for a purse & this was my first time buying a purse in a higher price range. The best way that I can describe my shopping experience is that Citlaly Torres guided me through the process. She inquired about the type of purse I was looking for & what specific functional needs were important to me. Then she led me through the process & showed me the various options that might be a fit. She explained about the quality of the products & the additional care & warranties that Brighton offers which are included with the purchase. I often find shopping overwhelming & I can confidently say that I would have overlooked many options, including the purse I ended up buying, if it wasn't for Citlaly Torres. I had no idea how much room some of the smaller purses offer & the various compartments available.

“Yesterday I decided to do a little shopping before the rains would keep me from going outdoor shopping. I saw an awesome skirt in the window @ Cotton On . I tried on size 2 . I wanted to wear it lower almost at my hips . Carlos came to my rescue. He was able to take the size I needed off the mannequin. While I went to go try that size on , Carlos put a different size on the mannequin. Unfortunately the second skirt I tried on was the right size but when I asked if it would shrink when I washed . Carlos said very possibly it would. Once again poor Carlos had to take off another skirt again off the mannequin. Luckily for me Carlos so do patient with me . I was able to purchase the size skirt i needed. I felt bad that Carlos had to do so much for me . I felt it was important to know that Carlos went above and beyond for me . I feel like he would do this for all his customers. It's all about making his customers happy so they can keep coming back . Fernando was also very helpful. “My current obsession is fake nails and I know they had a great selection. When I say great, I mean massive!!!!! There were so many choices I literally looked through each one because even the ones behind it were different. Unfortunately the only downside is that it's definitely a bit pricey for sure but if you take care of them, you can use it a few times to get your money's worth. I am so happy I went here because their designs are so fun and different, I filled up a whole box at home and am enjoying them so far.”
“I got my ears pierced yesterday. The girl who did my piercings was named Ashley. She was super nice and she was very comforting due to the fact I was scared to get my ears done. She walked me through every step and did an amazing job. I just wished that she had walk me through what I had to do after getting my ears pierced. Like the fact you can't sleep on your piercing for a week (recommended time for a helix piercing) or how you can't go swimming or take a shower in the 24 hours of having the piercing. Other than that the service was amazing.”
