“Not sure what the negative reviews are about. I see a lot of people complaining about their purchases. Well they give you time to go back and exchange it for something completely new. A new stone a new ring whatever you want. The staff is extremely patient and welcoming. From the greeters to the online department. My husband upgraded my ring here. He traded in my previous diamond purchased here for a bigger stone. we decided we weren’t happy and he went back and chose something he was extremely happy with. It is a ring I couldn’t have even dreamed of. I traded in the band we purchased and got one to match my new ring! They have been beyond patient. A special Thank you to Tony,Joe, Justice and Anne. You guys have all been great super patient and understanding. I love my rings they’re so beautiful. I couldn’t be happier.”
