“I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with the flooring team at The Home Depot in Irvine (on Irvine Blvd, Store #8525), and I can’t say enough good things about the experience...especially Erin, Ben, and one of the store managers, Brian.

From the very beginning, Erin and Ben were incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through all my carpet options, answered every question (and I had plenty), and made sure I felt confident in my decision. During what can be a stressful home project, Brian made the entire process feel manageable and prioritized. His communication, professionalism, and dedication were exceptional.

It’s rare to find a team that combines expertise with such sincere customer care. They didn’t just sell me carpet, they made sure the entire experience was smooth, thoughtful, and positive from start to finish. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and can’t thank them enough.
