“After having an issue with a shortage of one medication that is crucial and spending 4 hours searching I found this gem of a pharmacy. The angel on the phone instantly made me feel at ease and was so friendly. When my Mom showed up to pick it up they were so kind to her as well and she was very impressed with the care they took. The pharmacist also took the time to call me and go over a couple of things. I'm moving my arsenal of medications over to them. I can see immediately how special they are and my mother could as well!”
“Great store until I went to get tires for my vet. Then later, the old guy, me big cheese, was now lost. My citicard must fall out of sweat pants. Reported it stolen right away. But tomany hrs, so I had to cancel my beloved stores.”

“I am not their customer yet, but I wanted to write a review of the very helpful and kind staff at this pharmacy. I called to see if they had my prescription in stock since my usual pharmacy has been back-ordered for a while, and I really need to get it soon. The gentleman who answered my call was friendly and understood my situation. I gave him my prescription name, and he immediately told me that the prescription had been discontinued for a while and that I should contact my doctor. He also mentioned that after I had a replacement prescription from my doctor, he would be happy to assist me. I have decided to switch my pharmacy to this one. Great experience so far!”

The pharmacist is knowledgeable and so kind -- you can tell he really cares about his customers, some of whom have used their services for 20+ years (like my family!). Also, they prioritize affordability for their over-the-counter products, which I really appreciate.”

“I cannot recommend this place enough! Tom is more than a pharmacist, he’s a partner in your healthcare journey. He’s thoughtful and knowledgeable and will spend time talking through your Rx, and if you need more info he’ll provide all the details of the medicine, what you can expect and/or recommendations. Not to mention that he makes every effort to process and turn orders around quickly. When the USPS messed up delivery of time sensitive medication that I needed before a trip to Hawaii, (not his fault), he sent another order to me FedEx next day and covered the expense so that I would have it when I arrived at hotel. Tom heart-centric and patient-focused, and in a time where our healthcare feels broken, Tom is one of the few good providers left.
NOTE: For anyone complaining about phones and response time: Keep in mind this is an independently owned and run pharmacy. So there aren’t a bunch of people working there to take calls, so you are likely going to leave a message. It may be frustrating in the moment, but that also means the cost of your Rx is FAR LESS than other places with more staff and the quality is just as good if not BETTER. I have found it’s best to call after 1:30pm and if I don’t hear back by end of day I always hear back within 24 hours. Also, be considerate and don’t wait until the last minute to submit your Rx or request refill. Hands down I give OC Compounding pharmacy a 10 out of 10!”

“"King's Pharmacy & Compounding Center" is one of the few compounding pharmacies in the Orange County area. Unlike the west-side of Los Angeles, Orange County unfortunately does not have a plethora of compounding pharmacies to choose from, so it's nice to have "King's Pharmacy & Compounding Center" in Irvine. If you need a specialty hard-to-find medication, or an alternative dosage that's not readily available at most pharmacies, or an allergen-free medication, King's can customize medications to suit your individual needs. They can even change formulas from a pill to a liquid, & add your favourite flavour to the medication to make it easier to take! Bonus!!! Although the new location on Red Hill is smaller & a more difficult to find (enter through the back) compared to the (now closed) Newport Beach & Sand Canyon locations, the staff at the new location are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, & will go the extra mile to coordinate with your medical providers to make some difficult situations a bit smoother. They even have a small section of unique gifts available. Tip: When deciding whether or not to seek out a compounding pharmacy, keep in mind that some insurance carriers may not cover the expense of some compounded medications. However, you may find that it is still worth paying out-of-pocket for customized medications to suit your individual needs from these highly-trained pharmacists. If you have unique medical needs that the "big box" pharmacies (&/or commercially manufactured medications) cannot address, try "King's Pharmacy & Compounding Center."”
“Dr. Kate is great and so knowledgeable! I have a patient with burns a few months ago which left her with pain and scar. I don’t think it’s a good idea to keep her on Motrin any longer, of course not narcotics either. So I consulted with her for solutions. She patiently took the time to talk to me and came up with an amazing compound sili gel with gabapentin/lidocaine which is helping greatly with my patient. It’s eye- opening! I will send more patients especially when I feel like stuck with traditional medication approach. Great services!”

“This is the kind of pharmacy I hope everyone would experience no matter where they go. I had a coupon that wouldn't work at first. Thuy was calm and confident enough to give it another try. Then another try, then figured out the ultimate issue and success. They told me to wait 15 minutes for the Px to get completed. I didn't need to shop for anything else so I stuck around. 3 minutes later, it was ready. Processing was quick, and I was asked if I needed any help with the type of Px it was, I said yes. Then Pharmacist Kelly was patient and kind enough to walk me through the most important things, side effects, best practices of how to take it, and pretty much whatever I needed to know. I felt the care and diligence throughout the entire time. I also feel for the 1-star reviews because maybe they happened to walk in on a bad day. But for me to post a 5-star means something stood out that day and worth sharing with the Internet. Besides, these people hustle all day in there folks, it's mind boggling to watch them work that hard. I will look forward to going back there again because of what happened yesterday.”

“Review for CVS within the Target at/next to UCI campus. I was in a rush from my work to this pharmacy as it was 10 minutes to closing time, and there were medications I needed take that night. There were two customers ahead of me but the clerk efficiently handled them, and got my medications. Then I remembered another separate prescription I would be running out in a week that I have not requested, and asked about if there is any chance that it could be filled. The front desk let me know they could have it ready by tomorrow, which I totally understand as it was at or passed their closing time. But the the pharmacist in the back overheard my request and went out of her way and got it together for me! Amazing customer service!!!(I am especially grateful as I have recently had different experiences at other locations, for example, trying to get a Covid shot at another CVS location arriving 25 minutes before closing and being told come back tomorrow.) thank you, thank you, thank you, pharmacist sun and front desk person for being generous with your time and being professional!!!”
