“It is truly unfortunate that recently my prescription pick up involved a new staff member by the name of Karina and she was both rude as well as unprofessional towards me. I’ll leave it at that, but it was not something I care to ever repeat again and this woman should not be dealing with the public. This Pharmacy see has always been great and the owner a special nice guy. I recently had to have a prescription filled on the weekend due to an emergency and they were very accommodating. The staff are caring and the atmosphere very pleasant.”

“When we checked in at the Marriott Newport Coast Villas- we were told about Pavilions- grocery store located 7 minutes from villas. We went to Pavilions and stocked up on breakfast items, drinks, fruits and snacks! Bought prosecco and cake to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Veterinary program. Pavilions staff super friendly & helpful!”

“When I was having problems trying to get a medication that was back ordered, after calling the manufacturer, I was told Mariners Pharmacy in Newport Beach had it in stock. I drove the 40 minutes to the pharmacy and I am so happy I did. This pharmacy is wonderful. They were kind, so helpful, took time to show me how to use the medication until I was confident and offered me an ice pack in order to keep the medication cold while I drove home. Today I drove back for my refill without trying to find a local pharmacy. I am confident they will always have it for me when I need it each month. I highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“Via Lido Drug Store is such a gem of a neighborhood pharmacy. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients. You can tell they take the time to get to know the people they serve, which makes all the difference. It has that rare, personal touch that’s hard to find these days. I always feel well taken care of and appreciated here. So grateful to have them in the community!”

“After visiting the emergency room, I needed to get a prescription filled at Avita Pharmacy. Only to find out that the pharmacy was closed on New Year's Day requiring me to contact the on-call pharmacist. I was contacted by Sonia who was wonderful and provided outstanding customer service. She researched on my behalf to find a pharmacy that was open in my area and went the extra mile to contact a pharmacist who could transfer my prescription. After doing the legwork to get my prescription transferred, Sonia contacted me to inform me that I could pick up my prescription at the Walmart pharmacy. As a result of her due diligence on my behalf, I was able to get my prescription filled on New Year's Day. Sonia is a dedicated professional that works tirelessly on behalf of her customers and I truly thank her for her help. L. Jones”

“Maria from Beauty has made me a devoted CVS customer. She provides a high end experience similar to customer service at Neiman Marcus. She is a great ambassador for our neighborhood store, even her interactions with other customers is extremely impressive. She loves her job, the brand and the people she serves. I have now started shopping regularly at CVS because of her guidance and stellar customer service.”

“The pharmacy staff and pharmacist go above and beyond to fill, help and offer information. What many people don't realize is that they are often short staffed. I highly recommend this pharmacy!”
