“It is truly unfortunate that recently my prescription pick up involved a new staff member by the name of Karina and she was both rude as well as unprofessional towards me. I’ll leave it at that, but it was not something I care to ever repeat again and this woman should not be dealing with the public. This Pharmacy see has always been great and the owner a special nice guy. I recently had to have a prescription filled on the weekend due to an emergency and they were very accommodating. “After visiting the emergency room, I needed to get a prescription filled at Avita Pharmacy. Only to find out that the pharmacy was closed on New Year's Day requiring me to contact the on-call pharmacist. I was contacted by Sonia who was wonderful and provided outstanding customer service. She researched on my behalf to find a pharmacy that was open in my area and went the extra mile to contact a pharmacist who could transfer my prescription. After doing the legwork to get my prescription transferred, Sonia contacted me to inform me that I could pick up my prescription at the Walmart pharmacy. As a result of her due diligence on my behalf, I was able to get my prescription filled on New Year's Day. He’s so professional, he makes you feel like, you are his only customer of the day! I am always in & out within mins. No waiting in long lines or rushing. He always goes the extra mile to help. It feels like stepping back in time when people actually knew their neighbors and cared about their wellbeing! You don’t have to fight for parking there’s a big lot in back if you don’t find parking off pch. Just lovely !! 💕🙌”
