“Five stars! And they didn't even have the shoe I wanted. Let me explain...I bought a pair of oxblood 1461's in 1993 from a store in Manchester England. After 30 years of use, I recently walked a hole through the toe in the leather and not the sole. I know. Unbelievably reliable shoe.Needless to say, I wanted another pair and went to the local shop. Told my story to Sydney (hopefully I spelled it right) who immediately explained the Made in England vs. other manufacturer locations, quality etc. Set about to find my replacements, and...they didn't have them.Instead of saying "oh well, sorry" and heading off to another customer on what was a very busy night with lots of people wanting help, she went to find another 1461 in my size to try on and be sure the fit was right. Then Sydney helped me determine how to find the right shoe online and offered extras to make my new shoes less painful during the break in period. (Those of you who wear Docs know what I am talking about!)I was so impressed by the customer service I went and told the managers how awesome Sydney was.Docs are awesome and so is the staff and service at this location. Go buy from them! They deserve your business.”

“**************** Outlet Asics store was very helpful as it was first time trying Asics sneakers. Although the store did not carry 2E width, I made a few orders online to find the correct fit. Therefore I had to return a couple of orders. Returns were easy through ****** I got anxious about a couple of orders so I did follow-up with customer service who were very responsive and helpful. Refunds took within 1 to 6 business days of their warehouse receiving them. I have now made the switch to Asics Gel Kayano as a long time wearer of New Balance's 990.”
