“We have been with quail animal hospital for more than five years. Dr. Wang is the best vet we have ever met. He is very knowledgeable and honest, it is very easy to communicate with him and he has a lot of patience. They will call us the second day after every visit, which is very nice. The price is pretty fair for an animal hospital in Irvine. I took out one star because every time when we try to call them to make an appointment no one would answere, we had to left a voice mail and waiting, sometimes it took more than a day which can be frustrating.”
“Amazing !! I utilize this vet bc I foster for different rescues and what sets this vet apart (besides the amazing vets), is their front office staff!!! I have had to stop going to at least 2 or 3 vets in the past, due to the front office staff being completely rude and abrupt. The ladies here (cuz I haven't seen men upfront) are top notch. They present with such knowledge, patience and loving kindness, it really makes the visit go much smoother!
Then the back office techs and nurses are very skilled and caring.
I really understand why this vet office is busy!!”

From the first person I met until I was able to check her out and get her back home, I thought I was getting the best diagnosis, advice and treatment plans as well as timely updates. “We brought in our Goldendoodle yesterday because he had a testicular torsion, and our regular vet didn't have any openings, and I'm so glad we accidentally called here instead of the other place we were suggested to go. Luckily, they had an opening here, and we are so glad it worked out that way, because it was less than 4 hours from the time he was brought in to being home. They were very swift and efficient when my Mom came in, and from the whole Cefalú family, thank you!!! The actual doctor called this morning (the morning after) to check up on him, and I've never seen another vet's office do that the next day, let alone the very same surgeon. Seeing the way they handled a pretty high-pressure, uncomfortable situation for our pup, we will be recommending this place to everyone we know with fur babies.”

I’ve been bringing my pets here since Dr. Kathy first opened the practice years ago, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. When I heard they were being bought by a large corporation, I worried the service and atmosphere might change — but it hasn’t.
It’s clear there are many unsung heroes behind the scenes working hard to ensure that loyalty to the parent company never comes at the expense of the personal care they’ve always provided. Huge kudos to both VCA and the staff for preserving the warmth, professionalism, and unique atmosphere that have always set this clinic apart.
I’m constantly amazed that everyone seems to remember my dogs' names, especially knowing how many “fur babies” walk through their doors every day.
A special shout-out to Heaven (Front Office Manager) and Ashley (Tech Supervisor), who always take the time to greet me with a smile and help with anything I need — no matter how big or small.
I wish I could name everyone, from the doctors to the support staff in every department — they are truly angels. Highly recommend this practice.”
“We brought our dog in for some skin and joint concerns and the staff was incredibly attentive and thorough! Our dog is a senior dog who tends to be quite reactive and they were absolutely accommodating and understanding of that. They addressed all of our concerns and offered multiple treatment options. With each of the treatment options, they explained the health benefits and costs, making our decisions much easier. I would highly recommend Dr. Jung and the Vetco staff!”

Dr. Dave has taken excellent care of my pets, both dogs and cats, for many years now. Most caring vet I've ever been to - when one of my dogs had to have surgery years ago and needed careful monitoring afterwards, he took him home with him overnight. You won't find a better vet or a friendlier staff anywhere.”

“I cannot recommend Northwood Animal Hospital enough, especially for those with small pets. My bunny Artemis has been seen by both Dr. J and Dr. Roberts, and they are both incredible, knowledgeable, and compassionate vets. I also have nothing but glowing praise for all the vet techs and front desk staff there. Kate and Minerva especially are so sweet and responsive. Everyone here has so much patience and grace.
Unfortunately, my sweet girl passed away during an amputation surgery, but she was older and her paw had become infected. I know that the staff did everything they could…sadly it was just her time. I am so, so grateful to the care that was given to her in the time we spent going to Northwood.”
